Hi everyone, how are you?. I want to increase my base girth and the first 3 centimeters of my penis to avoid the look of a baseball bat, what exercises can you recommend??. Thanks a lot!!

What is better for girth, clamping or manual exercises such as dry jell, horse 440, sadsak slinky, orange bend?

Clamping is a non-starter for me. I’ve tried to start a clamping routine twice and it’s killed my EQ both times. By kill, I mean 3 weeks of no PE to recover. It seems that others have had very different experiences and I suspect you’ll need to figure out for yourself what works best. After a full newbie program, I would suggest starting with the manual exercises first and then incorporating clamping, if the manual isn’t working for you.

Try water pumping. It’s safer then clamping In my opinion

Does the base of the penis and the first 3 cm oncrease with the horse 440?. how can I achieve a bigger base girth and bigger girth from the first 3 or 4 cm of the penis? have a nice day and thanks a lot for your help!!!

Does horse 440? increase base girth and the inital par ot the penis?

It’s been said here, but apparently not enough - everyone is different.

For me, clamping really helped my base girth, but I also be lots of focused massage before and after.
