Help with a PE routine.
Hey guy, I have been reading about PE for acouple years now but I have never really stuck with a program or really dedicated myself. I’m reaching out to see if any of you can give me a program I can start out at. This time I’m sticking to it. I want to increase length and girth, but in my opinion girth is always more important. Current stats are 6”length and 5”girth. My goal is to reach 8”length and 6.5’girth. Please help!
