Help thunders need EPIC motivation from you
Hi guys. My motivation levels are very low at the moment, I have a lot of work on my hands from college and thinking what uni to go to doesnt help. The stress is affecting me big time. I come home from college and literally think “Oh no Penis exercise tonight” and I usually leave it till 10/11 PM at night when my EQ sucks ass and the routine is done poorly. I would say the one thing that got to me, was that I dropped from .17 gains to around .5 gains in 2 months and now nearly none (4 months). I was bitterly disappointed and have tried so hard to get my gains back on track but just can’t, since I’m not seeing that girl any more and have recovered from unrequited love I don’t have any motivation. Mainly though it’s just the effort and reward ratio. Seriously how can someone with stress on his back feel that gains of 0.05 in length and 0.02 in girth every month from around 1.5 hours a week of PE be a great benefit to his life.
What routine can someone suggest I mix it between newbie and others like uli. I need to get this back on track.. Now!
