I’ve been PE’ing for about a month. I’ve been taking it easy since I’m just starting, but I’m about to start harder. I haven’t really measured because I’m not expecting gains just yet, but I’ve been wondering about what I must feel after a work out.

Am I suppose to feel any soreness at all?
Are the gains that you notice right after a workout suppose to stay for any amount of time?

Yes - you should get a “fatigued” feeling… So a sort of dull discomfort. Sharp pain or pain in general is not what you want. Its hard to explain but you’ll get a feel for it.

No. The gains will come but the gains you see directly after a workout are temporary.

I disagree.
I gained .25” in my first month, with no “fatigued” feeling at all.
No “dull discomfort”, no “fatigued feeling”, nothing.
So therefore, no “fatigued feeling” does NOT mean you are doing it wrong, or that you will not gain

I like to feel a nice fatigued “weight-lifting like” feeling directly after my session, but the day after if I feel any tiredness or soreness I know I over-did it. But, like Slack pointed out, it really can vary from person to person. There is no harm in going until you feel a bit fatigued, IMHO. You just need to know the line between fatigue and pain. If you have any questions about it I would stick strictly to the newbie routine for a while until you learn your “signs” of a good workout.

It’s perfectly normal to have a bit of soreness after a work out and if your doing your routine correctly you generally see your penis remain in a “pumped” state for a while. If you ever have severe pains while exercising you need to stop immidiatly and massage the area followed by a hot wrap or hot soak or whatever form of heat treatment you prefer
