I’ve been doing roughly a newbie routine since January. I warm wrap for 5, stretch for around 15-20, sometimes wrap again, then I jelq for about 15-20 and then wrap to finish. I started seeing decent length gains until about June and since then I haven’t seen any gains. I haven’t seen any girth gains at all and I was wondering if someone could help me out. Thanks!

You need to add some more jelqs say up to 30 minutes, or you could try the linear Newbie routine. If you have been doing the rouytine constantly it might be worth while taking a break for a week or two, then start with the hier reps, .

If that doesn’t bring much in the way of further gains, then it might be worth considering doing some pumping, or hanging (I am not an advocate of hanging so I can’t recommend it. But check it out to see if it would fit in your schedule.
