Help setting up schedchule.. other questions..
Well since this is my first post on Thunder’s Place I should introduce myself. I’ve been a lurker on this forum for a little while, reading here and there. I’m 19 years old and approx 6”X4.5”. I have set my goals at increasing both length and girth by an inch. Much more than that I’m not entirely interested in. I’ve done PE’ing on and off for the last year or two, never doing it for more than a week or two before trailing off. It’s gotten to the point where I really want to set up a good schedchule and stick to it for a longer period of time. My main problem is I’m in college and living with 4 other guys in a suite. So as you might have guessed I don’t have a lot of opportunities for PE’ing and I’d rather not try and tell them about it.
I was wondering if you guys had any advice for setting up a good schedchule to help me get around this problem and achieve my goal of an extra inch in length and .5-1 inch in girth? I should also probably mention that I’m not really interested in hanging at all, I’d rather just stick to non-device oriented exercises (nothing against hanger’s). Oh, and one last question, what has been everyone’s experiences with having a schedchule that is 2/3 days on then one day off vs. every other day workouts?
