Hey everyone can you give some advices on how to sit a goal I’m really confused about it I didn’t start PE yet and I’m confused about starting PE too

I’m 18 I’m 5”

I can’t decide between waiting to see if I’m gonna grow more naturally or doing PE

And when I think about start PE starting I can’t sit a goal I wanted to be 6” then I started thinking If I’m gonna do PE I should sit a higher goal like 7”

And I’m confused about it cause 7” inches is gonna take more time etc etc etc

So please help I feel like I’m ocd

Keep a final / long-term goal in mind . Mine is 7” inches ,but you need to keep short term goals too for motivation purposes {for example when i started my short term goal was 5.5 when i reached that i was like ok so the next goal 6.0 etc.} well I’m 18 too . Just start doing PE ok don’t wait for the natural growth to suddenly come your way it will never come .Start PE today if you can .First do the newbie routine for about 2 to 3 months you will surly make some newbie gain and you will notice harder erections , the newbie routine is done to condition your penis to handle stress when you move on to advance exercises. Take a look over the link i’ve posted below. Don’t forget to take starting pictures.

The Newbie Routine.
5 minutes hot wrap (warm up).
5 minutes manual stretch.Simple Manual Stretches Video
10 minutes of jelq .Wet Jelq Video
5 minutes hot wrap (warm down).

50 kegels of five second holds each (kegels will help you get harder erections).

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Quite a few of our successful PEers have OCDish traits. But you do not want to go full on OCD with it. But just like working out or studying, some degree of obsessiveness is helpful.

I second the Newbie routine. Go easy. Set a goal you can achieve easily like 1/2 inch. When you get there, reevaluate. Long term goal would be 7. You and your potential wife will be quite happy with that.
