Help please

Last Tuesday, I started my PE routine (only jelqed).. The next morning I noticed that I didn’t have my morning super wood I have had all my life. I haven’t jelqed since. Is this normal?? If so how can I achieve my erection back because even when I give it to my chick she the wood isn’t there and she has noticed it too!! Which is not good at all

Is there some sort of remedy?? Please help

Perhaps you were over zealous. Likely your grip was way to tight, ease in to it. Your erections should come back in a few days. Read the third line in my signature.

How long did you jelq for? Did you warm up/ warm down? How light were the jelqing strokes and at what erection level?

From my short time doing PE, one of the things that I have paid attention to is the physiological indicators. And not achieving morning wood if you usually get it or having problems getting wood is not a good sign. But I doubt that a week or so after jelqing that this was the problem now. Jelqing at a newbie level is very light as per the general wisdom here. Light grip and not at 100% erection level after a warm up and warm down. If you jerk off or have sex then jelqing is not a great jump in stress levels upon the penis.

Are there any other possible reasons? Mental stress or worry? Illness? Unfit or bad diet? Smoking or drugs? Too much jerking off? Remedy what needs remedying in that list if you can. (This list I could apply a yes too on most counts, so don’t worry there is at least someone with more to worry about bud:) ) I’d not worry about it so much. As soon as the wood comes back as it always does, then rethink the newbie routine at really low levels and condition yourself extra slow if you are still worried about it.

Other than that… not much you can do unless you really do need to get it checked out, but as long as you can achieve some kind of erection try and let it bounce back of its own accord. I presume there are no other negative indicators? All should be well. You are probably just worrying about it too much… it is frightening to think how big junior is going to get!

Loss of morning wood is a sign that you have been overtraining. I began with the same routine as you (Pe Guru Please Help) but found it too hard to do the suggested number of jelqs and kegels so I cut them down to 100 and 25 respectively. That made it much easier for me to begin without problems and I built up from there. You might have overdone it the first time, either from the number of jelqs or the stroke intensity. Perhaps you also need to start with a lighter version of the Newbie Routine.

In the meantime, your erection should come back with a little rest. Or it may just be that you have freaked yourself out a bit and that’s why you are having some ED now. It might help if you clarify your post a bit. Specifically:

1) Is your morning wood still gone?
2) How long ago was your ED experience with your girl?
3) How severe was this ED experience (i.e. total, partial, minor softness, etc.)?

I did the warm up, I jelqed from total flacidness to up to about a 45% erection, I did it for about 30 minutes, and I did kind of put a lot of force into it, my grip was very tight, no where near light. I did it like the jelq video, it seemed as if the guy was putting alot of pressure into it. Didn’t know I should have not done this from reading your guys post. I then warmed down.

I only did this once and that was last Tuesday no more after that, because I noticed I didn’t wake up with the wood.

My morning wood is still gone, it has been about six days, last night me and my girl had intercourse and I had the length but I had more than minor softness, I was soft. I just don’t understand how I went from long and strong, to long and soft. I’m afraid!

I’m in shape I’m young (22) I don’t eat as much as I should, but I don’t eat bad calories, snacks sugars, I eat natural foods mostly protein and good fats, I don’t feel stressed, but I have been going to bed lately drunk and high off pot. I don’t believe this have anything to do with it because in this particular state sex is way better and I last way longer.unless it has an affect on recovery after starting a PE routine?

Have either of you guys been drinking or anything and noticed it affected your recovery from PE??

Should I just finish the routine to get my member used to this, or should I continue to wait it out and see if I get back to where I used to be??

10 minutes of light jelqing at 60% erection is plenty for your first time. Jelqing is intended to create a wave of lightly pressurised blood along your penis that expands the chambers in all directions.

30 minutes of hard jelqing at a very low erection level will basically just crush your chambers; no wonder your penis is not responding well at the moment. Give it a few more days rest, read the Newbie Routine before you do any more PE, then take it easy until you learn what you are doing, and how your penis responds. The Newbie Routine is the very maximum you should do for now; build up to it slowly.
