Hello, I have several questions in different area’s.

I have Done PE before but I never could stay really strict with it but this time I am going to stay with it because I am in a great/serious relationship and I have a feeling my girlfriend is not satisfied with my size. She says she is but I think her climax’s are fake, she says she climax’s but never achieved orgasm.

PE Routine - (I am doing a longer version of newbie because eveyrbody seems to be doing way more than the newbie routine) -
Warm up (just in the shower usually)
100 Jelqs - 2 days on 1 day off
Stretching - 30 seconds Up, Down, Sides, Front; 4 times each way.

Weights - I am going to order golf weights to assist me in my routine after reading about it in the Main Member Forum. I will read their directions and then use what they suggest.

Stretching - I am ordering a strap off of ebay that straps to your leg and attacks to the top of your penis (no noose), I will wear this for about 3-4 hours each day.

Pump - I am going to order a Dr. Kaplan pump and will be pumping every other day to go along with my routine.

Any suggestions or comments on my routine?

Also I have a question about post-pe for the night, my penis seems to shrink and is actually smaller than it was before PE. Now, it is fuller and longer immediately post-PE, but once I leave the bathroom and lay in bed, it seems to shrivel up. Anybody else face this problem? Thank you!

I think combining all of these methods is way too much.

About the shrinkage, I can see from your routine that you jelq then stretch. If so, I advice you to switch between them. This should give you better flaccid hung. And do a worm down if you currently don’t.
I some times have this shrinkage problem, even with the steps I mentioned above. When this happen, I just apply some light stretches. This should help, I think.

Definitively I would do more jelqs, 100 just can’t be enough to produce gains. How about 300?

About how long does it take you to go through 300 jelqs?

You might want to start lower and build up to 300. It’s possible to hurt yourself if you start out doing too much. At any rate, you have made really good gains even despite not being all that consistent.

I would hold off on all of the gadgets for now.

If you do end up pumping then get your actual pump here: Lap pump = harbor freight tools pump posts 26 & 27 cover where to get the couplings. The two favorite places to get your actual cylinder are LAPD and I forget the other one. Someone will clue us in I am sure. Either of the top two are cheaper and better than Kaplan’s. Just wanted to clue you in before you buy.

I measured myself last night after PE, and I got 2 different measurements. I don’t know what to make of it, I did do it some time after PE and I didn’t feel as hard as I normally do but the first one I swear I thought I got a little bit over 5.75 (halfway through 5.75/6.00 but more on the 5.75 side) Bone Pressed. Then I measured again and I got like 5 1/4 inches BP. I am a little confused on that? Later in the night through I had a huge boner and I thought I could wrap both my hands around it (kind of bone pressed), and I never thought I could do that before. I wasn’t able ot measure it then though, so hopefully there’s some hope. I’m sorry if I’m rushing along again, but when you lie in bed next to your loved one and are wondering if it was good for them you tend to rush things. I don’t know if i’m paranoid or what but sometimes when she’s talking, I can find loopholes in her ‘story’ about previous sex.

For an ADS though, do any of you know where I can find a cheap one? It is very cold up here, VERY COLD, and my penis tends to shrink A LOT and stays that way most of the day. I’d like to just keep it stretched a little bit to help fight the shrinkage.

Takes me about 35 minutes to get through 300 jelqs. But I’m a vet and have a conditioned dick. It is really not the number of jelqs but the quality. And the state your dick is in after your done. Can you get a full on hard on the next day? If not then perhaps keeping it simple would be better off for you or anyone for that matter. I suggest you stick with the newbie routine and advance as positive indicators allow.

About an hour after I do PE, I can get a very solid erection (much better than normal). However, I don’t know if this is because my penis is so small that I have excess skin, but during jelq’s it feels like i’m tugging skin so that I have to pull it back with the other hand. I tend to rotate hands but I find myself using 1 hand for the slideup because the other has to be holding the skin back the whole time. Is there anything wrong with using this procedure? Also, I find my penis shrinking like 10 minutes after PE, but I can still get a great erection a little while later, any suggestions on the shrinkage?

I went from 6’x4’ to 7.75’x5.5’ in about a year using only my hands, and I believe that ANYONE can equal or do better than my results so far on the same time frame.

Firstly, always always ALWAYS stretch before you jelq. That factor alone is so important. Stretching the penis out allows it too hold more blood, which will greatly increase the effectiveness of your jelqs. And if you want big gains, you need to stretch for at least 10 minutes twice a day, and do all different kinds of stretches. If you just do one set of stretches your body will become acclimated to it and it will lose it’s effectiveness. I don’t use any particular method when stretching. Just grab your dick and pull in any direction. Start with little to no pressure and gradually increase the pressure until it becomes slightly uncomfortable, then hold it in that position until your penis gets used to the stretch and it’s not uncomfortable any more. Then increase the pressure slightly more, and hold it there. The key to PE is to apply as much pressure as you can without inducing injury. You have to be aware of your body. If something hurts or doesn’t feel right, change it immediately. Try doing PE in the shower and put your penis in the stream of water, which should be very warm, but not painfully hot. This will increase circulation and minimize potential injury and post workout soreness. You should feel sore after your workout, and at first you will feel sore for a day or two. Over time, the duration of the soreness will get shorter and shorter until you can PE every day if you want to.

I’ve always found that doing a certain number (I.e. 150 or 200 or 500) isn’t very helpful. The scale is too generalized. Instead, work your penis out until it feels a bit sore, or even tired. If you always make your goal a specific number of jelqs you will either not push your penis far enough, or you will overdo it. Work your penis until you feel it has had enough, then work it no more. Since this is more of a feeling than a precise measurement, it will take some practice to figure out what your proper limits are. Don’t forget that these limits will expand over time either. When beginning any new routine or system, it is better to under work your penis at first, than gradually approach your limit, because any injury will set back your progress significantly. If you follow this advice and do what your body tells you to do instead of what some website tells you to do, I am confident that you will make further gains immediately.

Lastly, the most important component of PE, regardless of what method or routine you are using, is full mental belief. You must have total belief that you will have enormous gains sooner than you ever thought possible. I know it sounds like some airy-fairy nonsense, but it’s totally scientific. Put simply, your mind has total control over all of your bodily functions. If you have full belief that you will experience massive growth immediately, your brain will subconsciously work towards making that idea congruent with reality. This means that your mind will actually direct more resources (I.e. Energy, hormones and cells) to your penis to aid in it’s repair and subsequent growth.

Also, what should I do with the post-PE shrinkage I get, especially from the cold (I like near lake erie)? I saw something on ebay for sale, it was a small weighted ball that you attach to your penis to help it hang. Would this be something I can use to help combat the shrinkage throughout the day and post-pe?

Holy crap, man. I’m dying to hear more from you. Your attention to physiological indicators is a very interesting anecdote for me, and I’m sure many others, here. Can you generalize how many jelqs these indicators ended up being for you at various times during that year? Did you jelq multiple times per day along with the stretches? Did you gain at a consistent rate, or did the gains decay over time? Detailed measurements on a time line would be fantastic, if you can share that.
