Me:

I think I’m in the above average category, with a 6.5” BPEL, and I want to make SOME gains in that respect. I think I may be 5.5”-5.9” NBP, and I measured once and it came out that I was 1.5” in circumfrence. I though about that, and freaked out thinking I was a needle dick and that no one could ever love me. I then thought about it further, and realized that this was just a terrible mismeasure. When I make an OK-grip it’s easily more than 1 inch around. So, crisis averted. As it stands I’m below average in the 3.5”-4” girth bracket.

Current stats:
BPEL: 6.5”
NBPEL: 5.5-5.9”
EG 3.5”-4”
My Goals:
7”-7.5” NBPEL
6” EG

My reasons:
1) self esteem. I’m just gonna say it. I don’t wanna have to worry about this
2) wanting to please women
3) In about 6-8 months I will likely have to expose my penis to lots of people (totally legal, it’s like a hazing thing at a frat) and I’d like to not have the guys and the girls in the room smirk. I’d like to hear some “woah”s. I know this equates to flaccid length/girl, so I guess, take that into account.

Questions:
1) I have jelqed before and got some routines, and I’m not afraid to clamp or try the Sadsak slinky, but what do you suggest as a regimen beyond the newbie routine, to get me the most gains possible?
2) are my goals reachable assume good to perfect dedication to PE?
3) I will have a roommate at school next year who is always in the room, or at least frequently, advice on scheduling my workouts?
4) will a pump augment my workouts?
5) if (read WHEN) I reach my goals, how do I cement my gains so that my dick doesn’t shrink down?

(1) Always do the newb routine first when starting out. Jelqing, then after 2 weeks stretching, then increase the time you spend doing those 2, slowly, dont forget kegels. After 1 year Im still doing jelqing and stretching and Im still gaining.
(2) I think you can reach your goals, or atleast get close with some REALLY hardcore dedication. What I mean is… it would take years.

(4) Yes, but later not for now.
(5) After you reached your goals you should IMO keep doing what you have done before but with less intensity, but same frequency (time) and slowly decrease the time aswell over the course of some months and keep doing a maintenance program after that. But dont worry about this stuff yet.

I’ve done a shit ton of reading, mostly skeptical of PE, then I saw the progress threads here and said “oh shit, this can’t be a scam” and decided to go about PE.

So, one more thing: I measured my LOT just to see what I was the best course of action for stretching. However, I ALWAYS had a tugback, but there was a significant drop off at around 9:30. Thoughts on this?

I think alot of people dont understand the LOT theory. It simply states, LOSS of tugback, not complete loss. The first sign of lessened tugback is your LOT. So its quite safe to say that your LOT is 9.30 or even higher, which is pretty normal (Should I say good?) You can gain quite a bit from lig stretching, which IMO are the easiest.

As far as what you can expect in the short term, it seems to vary from person to person. All I got was length so far, other people seem to gain 0.5 inches of girth quite easily so its hard to say. In 6 months 0.5 in length and 0.25 girth, maybe more, maybe less

First of all the LOT theory is just that a theory, and some members don’t even consider it valid anymore, so you should be ok with the newbie routine.

About your goals I think you might be able to reach 8 in nbp with quite a lot of dedication and about 3 or 4 years. The girth is way harder, and I think 2 inches in girth might be too much, maybe you might reach somewhere around 5.5 inches, which is still very good.

And for the maintenance just keep doing some sort of routine to keep your dick healthy and maintain your gains. The short term results are quite uncertain, some people are very fast gainers others take more time you might gain an inch within 6-8 months or it make take more than a year. Just remember that every gain makes you bigger than before.

Downward angles stretcheing and behind the cheek stretching target the ligs more and fulcrum, v and a-stretches target the tunica effectively.

As for starting out you want to stretch every direction though, meaning up down, left right, straight out, behind the cheeks etc. Tunica stretches can be done later when you have exhausted all, or most gains from the ligs.
