Help: No visible gains
Hi, I’m 22 years old and I’ve seriously started PE in late May, 2012. Before than, it was on and off for 6 months.
For the first two months, I followed the Newbie Routine where I warmed up for 5 minutes and jelqed for 10 minutes. Flaccid.
Starting in August, I started Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism, which is
Morning session
1-2 times daily Mon-Fri with 4 hours min break between sessions
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
20 min long hold inverted v-stretch
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
Evening session
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
15-20 min 80-90% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold Horse 440 squeezes every 5 mins
2-5 min 30 sec hold horse squeezes mixed with sadsak head exercise mod
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
I’m paranoid about getting injured so I made sure to warm up for 10 minutes.
For the morning session, I started to stretch lightly and increased the stretch strength gradually and after 10 minutes, started to stretch intensively. I grab an inch or 1.5 inches from the head of the penis.
For the evening session, I jelqed at 60~80% and two 15 seconds hold every 5 minutes (worried Horse 440 long hold would be bad for first few months)
Followed by 5-10 minutes of 15 sec horse squeeze at 80~95% erection.
During all the exercise, I watch TV shows while sitting down in a chair. I think this might be the reason I haven’t had much gains since I wasn’t completely focused on PE.
But I do need videos for the horse squeeze as I can’t seem to get hard while looking at TV shows.
I did 5-2 schedule, M-F and rest on the weekends.
I haven’t seen much gains at all during the last 6 months. Maybe 1/8 of an inch in length. Is there something wrong I’m doing? Am I overworking my penis and maybe to the point of possible injury? Please help!
