Help New Boy.
Hi guys I’ve been on this site for a while but I’ve only now just decided to really give this a go, I have been doing it about a week now.
I’m not finding this site to easy to get round, I would really appreciate some help.
1st are there any videos of the exercise? And what is pumping? Is it like jelqing?
I’m making lots of time for this and and am fit and healthy. If this process works I should be able to make good gains.
My first target is 1” on lenght and 1/2” on girth. If I can do this I would be chuffed and move on from there.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated, Just hearing from someone that has made gains would be great and help get me in the right mind set.
