I m just a newbie to this forum. Right now I m just 5 inches, and after reading your post I feel optimistic about the gains. I just started the newbie routine and I hope to see results.
I m thinking of following your routine, they way you had posted.
While I was reading the threads in the forum, I noticed a post on the negative PIs and postiive PIs that tell you where you are progressing. Did you keep this mind when you were doing this routine or you just following a single routine for the time frame that you specify in the routines?
And also in the beginning how many did you follow a 2 days on and 1 day off routine?
And also there was a posting that says, “measure every 2 weeks and in case you don’t have any significant gains, try to do something different”. Is 2 weeks a good time frame to measure your length?
It would be helpful if you be my mentor just until a find a routine that adds to my length.
All I m concerned about is length, I m not worried of girth at all, and have a modest goal for 6 inches.
