Hi I am a 40 year old male who has been jelqing now for the last 6 months, I do 4 sessions a week of 15 to 20 minutes a time. I do all the warm up and jalq at around 70% erect. My length is 7.5 inches this I do not have a problem with it’s my girth I am trying to increase has at the base I am 4.5 and mid shaft it increase to 5 and around the gland it is 5.5.
The help I need is advice on how to increase my girth at the base and increase the girth around my gland. I do take supplements to try and aid this I take 2 vimaxs pills a day one in the morning and one in the evening I also take cayenne capsules of 450mg 3 times a day I take these mainly because they increase the blood flow to the penis.

I would be great full if anyone could also suggest any other vitamins or herbs that would aid in the increase of my girth.

I think you are taking plenty of supplements, for girth increase you need to be looking at exercises. I would suggest that after your jelq session you start doing some “clamping”, only I put it in quotes because I would just use my thumb and index finger. Make the “OK” sign with them around the base of your penis, with your palm facing down, so you can push into your fat pad as low on the penis as possible. Do this for two or three cycles of thirty seconds clamped, alternated with thirty seconds of unclamped, possibly doing “helicopter shakes” during the thirty seconds of unclamped time. And I recommend doing them at a high erection level, anywhere between eighty and a hundred percent.

Simmie, I’ll tell you what I tell everyone with this question:

Don’t just try to work on girth. You need to stretch the connective tissue out, and the way to do that is with exercises that intuitively feel and seem like “length” exercises (like stretching and hanging).

Otherwise you’ll make the mistake that I did which was doing only jelqs, ulis, 440’s, and clamping, thinking I only wanted girth (I’m also naturally about your size). But you have to do the stretching stuff too, and just hope that your girth grows more than your length.

Well Welcome home , I have been trying to gain length but all what I get is girth , Now Take my advice , ULI clamp , number One in girth , Now I stop jelqing after 7 month , I start ULI clamping , New routine now 15 days of clamping non stop , Today was my forth day , I make 4 set X 15 minutes , You can start slow as 10 minutes 3 sets , It’s ultimate for girth , You must read clamp 101 , Read it carefully To know the bad signs and good signs , For me Thanks god I have all the good signs , Plus Erection quality is 100% All seems smooth , So give it a shot , I start clamping since 2 month ago with jelqing , But now clamping stretching ONLY Good luck

I believe you got the baseball shape type of unit I read that hanging would help increase the base girth, but from own experiences I would recommend clamp and horse stretch, but

You have to know that once you get girth it’ll be a lot hard to get length, good luck and gains

How did it influence your girth gains? Did you do it in the same session?

Im thinking of doing light clamped stretches(im already clamping).

simmie - my girth gains came from pumping. Yes they are permanent. First thing I noticed was base girth.

If done the thunders way, pumping is a very safe and gentle exercise. It is quite relaxing too.
