Help needed. please
Ok guys, let’s see if you reply to this thread.. I really need your help on this..
I started to use an extender 4 months ago (September), and I’ve been using it on and off (probably 15 times a month, 4 to 8 hours a day), but the thing is, I DID NOT take any measurements back then (I’m sorry to admit this, but I was way to insecure about this, about knowing my real size). Well, last month (Dec), I started to jelq and at the end of the month I was jelqing 500 times a day (I was jelqing 2 days on, one off at the beginning, and the last two weeks, 3 or 4 days on, and one or two off - I know this was very iregular.. I’m sorry.), and I’ve seen some improvements.. And only then I had the guts to measure my penis..
NOW, I really wanted to start a new routine, and to start it CORRECTLY, and stick to it.keep doing it without missing a day! What should I do? Should I start with the lenght exercises? The girth? I’d like to grow on both.. I’m also waiting for some pills that I bought (size pro), and I’m expecting that they will give me a hand.. I know they won’t do any miracles, and I do have all the time of the world. The this is, I don’t know if I can consider myself a newbie considering my past PE experience, or If I should really start from the beginning, etc..
What do you guys think??
Considering all this, can I start a 5 days on, 1 off, program?
Please, help me on this guys..
P.S.: Also, I do have some difficulty on stretching exercises, as the head of my penis turns to a very dark color when I make the ok grip.. What can I do?
