Ok guys, let’s see if you reply to this thread.. I really need your help on this..

I started to use an extender 4 months ago (September), and I’ve been using it on and off (probably 15 times a month, 4 to 8 hours a day), but the thing is, I DID NOT take any measurements back then (I’m sorry to admit this, but I was way to insecure about this, about knowing my real size). Well, last month (Dec), I started to jelq and at the end of the month I was jelqing 500 times a day (I was jelqing 2 days on, one off at the beginning, and the last two weeks, 3 or 4 days on, and one or two off - I know this was very iregular.. I’m sorry.), and I’ve seen some improvements.. And only then I had the guts to measure my penis..

NOW, I really wanted to start a new routine, and to start it CORRECTLY, and stick to it.keep doing it without missing a day! What should I do? Should I start with the lenght exercises? The girth? I’d like to grow on both.. I’m also waiting for some pills that I bought (size pro), and I’m expecting that they will give me a hand.. I know they won’t do any miracles, and I do have all the time of the world. The this is, I don’t know if I can consider myself a newbie considering my past PE experience, or If I should really start from the beginning, etc..

What do you guys think??

Considering all this, can I start a 5 days on, 1 off, program?

P.S.: Also, I do have some difficulty on stretching exercises, as the head of my penis turns to a very dark color when I make the ok grip.. What can I do?

If your penis turns dark, you are gripping too hard. Grip it like your holding the steering wheel or holding a hot dog.

Also, pills do not increase the size of your penis. Do not continue to buy pills, because they will not work and you will be wasting your money.

As far as a routine and extender, I don’t know whether extenders affect the ligaments or not, but you should probably do the newbie routine even though you aren’t a newbie because you have only stretched your penis in one direction. If you do the routine, you will be stretching your penis in at least 7 different directions, and the easiest gains come from stretching the ligaments. If it doesn’t do anything in a month, then move on, because PE is a long distance marathon and you only lost 30 days, even though I’m pretty sure that you will gain a lot from the newbie routine. I did the newbie routine for 5 months and I was still seeing gains until I stopped. I am still doing simple stretches and jelqing, but I have decided to add more bullets to my ammo.

Anyway, I wanted to ask you if I can get ride of the extender (you know, it’s a hard tihng to use every day, don’t you think?), and start with the exercises, only!

And now.. One more question (and I’m really sorry for being such a big pain in your ass.), which newbie routine should I choose? There are so many.. Should I start working on my lenght first, and then on my girth? Or both at the same time? I want to improve on both, but I don’t know what to do, If I can grow better working on them at the same time or not..

Ok, pills do not work.. It’s a shame.. Of course, those companies must be earning millions selling their “dream come true” product.. Anyway, I’ve already paid for those, and I heard they help to improve the blood flow to the penis, so, should I use these boxes and then stop using? This is where you can learn more about the routine that you want to start. It should answer most all of the questions your having.

If you think the extender will continue to increase the length of your penis, then keep it. Most people do the routine first, and add an extender after several months. It’s really up to you to decide if you want to keep it, but don’t keep it if you don’t think it will help you anymore.

See if you can re-sell your pills, even if you have to bite the bullet of selling for less than what you paid for. Try to think of anyway you can sell them, because there are several ways you can improve blood flow to the penis without the pills, such as jelqing and kegels. I personally believe extenders are very important. They are the only PE device that the medical field does not deny works.

They work by means of traction unlike every other technique which induces a controled damage to the penis. If you wear your extender as much as possible in addition to another routine such as the noubie routine they both should have a synergistic effect on each other, and promote faster growth.

You have to wear the extender more than you have been however. I wear mine every moment that im at home unless im taking a shower or doing other PE.

Anyway, wouldn’t that be overwork? Won’t the penis feel tired and not develop as it could without that whole training? That’s what I most fear.. I wouldn’t mind to use it for some hours, ok.. But then, I’m affraid that I would be doing too much.. And too much in PE is really too much..

Its not overwork. Like i said the extender works by traction it does not damage the penis. It stretches it lightly so that new cells grow within the old ones. Wearing this will allow your penis to heal in a extended state rather then a shriveled up state.

I do indeed wear the extender when I go to sleep, though it does not stay on the whole night which is probably a good thing. It probably stays on for a hour at the most after sleeping, but still, that is an hour more PE.

Oh.. I see.. So, in your opinion, it’s ok to wear it before and after the exercises routine? Well, I haven’t tried yet to wear it at night, maybe I’ll give it a try tomorrow night then..

God.. I’m so happy and excited about this, really.. You guys are helping me a lot, I really want to improve my self steem, my confidence, etc..

Oh, and I do have a circumcised penis, and I heard it’s an advantage to do the exercises.. Is this right?
