Help needed, No gains

Long read, but please help me out.

I’ve been on the forum “lurking” for a while now, and I’m having trouble with my own set up. I’ve been doing PE for about 5 or 6 months now and took about a months break to deal with school and work. Now that schools, ending I’ve been doing PE again for the last 1-2 months and I haven’t received any noticeable gains. I don’t(and never really have) had those moments of what everybody describes after a work out, My penis never looks “swollen” or “fat” after a work out. When I took my break from PE I stood at 7.4x5.2, now I am 7.1x4.7 an it is really aggravating to know how I’ve fell off. My routine as of now consists of Jelqing, Uli’s, Horse Squeezes, Supra Slammers(intense), and other girth exercises I’ve found on this and other forums. I do not warm up more than I do. After I work out I just feel like it was pointless. I am sure I’m jelqing correctly and not overdo-ing anything. Maybe I am Under-doing it?

My routine is
Warm up
Jelq-30-35
1 Uli-1 min
Uli Bend- 10 sec
Uli Turn-10 reps each twist
Long Jelq
Jelq-30-35

I repeat this maybe two or three times.
Not intense enough?

I’m desperate here guys.I really need help. As of lately I’ve been wondering about buying a pump since I’m not seeing any improvements but I don’t think my living situation would have me being dedicated to it enough;plus I want permanent gains. Not just temporary. I just want to feel satisfied after a workout, knowing I’m improving. I understand I won’t jump overnight. Feel free to drop any workout, your workout, something you made up, exercises I’ll consider/try them all.

Are you saying you have lost 0,3 inches in length and 0,5 inches in girth during the break?

And you can’t get those gains back?

For how long do you warm up and how erect is your penis while you are jelqing?

I have found that these two factors are the most important for my workout results.

Yeah, that’s what I’m saying. I only warm up for about a minute or two with a hot rag. And while jelqing I’m from 75-95%

You are quite wrong. Horses, Ulis, erect bends…what I do see in your routine is exagerated intensity and about no time. Maybe you searched for an easy path, thinking that you could save time that way, but what you are doing is the perfect approach to build a superstrong, tough penis.

Take a month off and then start the newbie routine. And warm up.

Yikes. A whole month? Is this debateable? Lol I see what you’re saying, I guess I really am hoping for impossible results. I really appreciate it. I’ll check back in

Step 1: Find a modern Library of Alexandria for PE.
Step 2: Optional: Read.
Step 3: Ignore the offered wisdom and make up your own approach to PE!

You are doing everything wrong; everything. You should not be messing with Uli’s, Horse Squeezes, or Supra Slammers. You should not be jelqing at 75-95%. You should be warming up for mo’better than 1-2 minutes with a hot rag.

You are overdoing, just take a break and start with the newbies routine, like suggested.

And man, you have a big unit, but you seem obsessed to become bigger: in my opinion too much porn, but maybe I’m wrong…

I have to agree with marinera and iamaru; It appears as if you are doing quite an intense workout.

A break would probably be helpful, in addition to going to the newbie routine.

I’m a pretty firm believer in the importance of heat and warming up for P.E. I think it would be beneficial to dedicate at least 5 minutes to warming up (and if possible) try to keep a constant heat source around the area. I have one of those clothe bags that are full of corn feed that I heat it up in the microwave and keep on my pubic bone so that way I feel more of a lig stretch while jelqing. The times when I apply a constant heat source are the times I notice the biggest post-workout gains you mentioned that you would like.
