Help needed, No gains
Long read, but please help me out.
I’ve been on the forum “lurking” for a while now, and I’m having trouble with my own set up. I’ve been doing PE for about 5 or 6 months now and took about a months break to deal with school and work. Now that schools, ending I’ve been doing PE again for the last 1-2 months and I haven’t received any noticeable gains. I don’t(and never really have) had those moments of what everybody describes after a work out, My penis never looks “swollen” or “fat” after a work out. When I took my break from PE I stood at 7.4x5.2, now I am 7.1x4.7 an it is really aggravating to know how I’ve fell off. My routine as of now consists of Jelqing, Uli’s, Horse Squeezes, Supra Slammers(intense), and other girth exercises I’ve found on this and other forums. I do not warm up more than I do. After I work out I just feel like it was pointless. I am sure I’m jelqing correctly and not overdo-ing anything. Maybe I am Under-doing it?
My routine is
Warm up
Jelq-30-35
1 Uli-1 min
Uli Bend- 10 sec
Uli Turn-10 reps each twist
Long Jelq
Jelq-30-35
I repeat this maybe two or three times.
Not intense enough?
I’m desperate here guys.I really need help. As of lately I’ve been wondering about buying a pump since I’m not seeing any improvements but I don’t think my living situation would have me being dedicated to it enough;plus I want permanent gains. Not just temporary. I just want to feel satisfied after a workout, knowing I’m improving. I understand I won’t jump overnight. Feel free to drop any workout, your workout, something you made up, exercises I’ll consider/try them all.
