Help needed gaining girth!
OK here’s the low down on my PE journey so far!
Started on September 2008 on the newbie routine, but with less Jelqs. Done this for a few months until one day i got frustrated and went too hard on my dick and busted it up. From this experience i got a bit of a fright and did no PE for a while until i started back on the 15th of January 2009.
From the 15th all i have being doing is 5min warm up, 200 jelqs, and a 5 min warm down. I stopped doing stretches as it’s mainly girth i am after.
Over this time i have not gained any length or girth, the only thing that’s happened is my veins have become more visible. Which has been very disappointing for me, as there are guys on here claiming that they have gained after a month or two.
I’m looking for advice on what will be the best girth intensive exercise i should add to my routine to add girth, how many reps to do and how many days should i do at the start. ( i am a bit apprehensive as i know this can be dangerous) i would just like some advice on some folks how have been thorough this.
