Biking can damage the Pudendal nerve vein and artery. Best bet now is to start walking 30 minutes per day, a brisk walk, one that makes you sweat. You got to get circulation back to the groin area.

I was in the same boat a few years ago. You didnt mention if it was BPEL or not but it really dosent matter. I would always go down on my chicks to give them the big O then have sex with them. I would go with an All Day Stretcher, monkeybars is great if you have the money. Your going to get a lot of advice on this board but the best I can give you is to take it slow and be carefull.

Try not to worry so damn much, your girth is well above average. Just make a commitment to PE and eventually you will see the gains, but please take it slow and read as much as you can before you start. I’m about to finish up the 6 week newbie routine tomorrow, I know my gains if any will be small, but that’s okay. If anything I have conditioned myself better to approach a more advanced routine that will better suit my needs. So far the main thing I’ve seen for myself in 6 weeks is that I have improved vascularity in my penis which is a definite plus, the veins are more defined in my erection.

Also, quite worrying what girls think all the damn time and go get some ass already.
