Help My penis has twisted

Well my girlfriend that I’ve been with for 3 years asked me why my penis is like twisted to the right at about 40 degree. I have been doing PE for about 2 months now. I used to have a straight dick but I think PE has made it twist. I’ve been taking ProSolution pills and have been doing a 10min stretch, 10min jelq and 10 min jelq and hold. I have noticed that I have only gained girth on the left side of my penis. The head is in line with the shaft but the left side protrudes with more girth noticeable, I’m not sure if there is a correlation with the girth gain on the left and causing it to twist to the right. How can I gain girth on the right side of my penis and make it straighten out? Should I twist my penis and grip it sideways in the opposite direction that it’s twisting while I’m stretching? Should I jelq in the opposite direction that it’s twisting? I’ve been jelqing in the opposite direction but it feels like it’s working out the left side of my dick while I do this. If it took 2 months to put in this position, does that necessarily mean that I could correct it in a 2 month span with the correct exercises? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

The pills won’t be making any difference. They are useless.

This twist, is it in the length of the penis or do you mean the penis bends at an angle somewhere along the shaft? If so, where does it start and what kind of angle are we talking about here (10 degrees? more?).

How quickly did the bend/twist develop?

You are doing what appears to be a light routine. Is there anything you can add about how you are jelqing?

Something similar happens to me too, the sort of natural “twist” my penis has is a lot more pronounced after jelqing but with me its the right side that looks a bit girthier than the left.

Yes, the penis begins to rotate to the right about 1/4 of the way from the base and the head is about 30-40 degrees slanted in perspective to the base. My penis is completely straight as far as it’s structure but it has this twist in it. I am unsure to exactly when it developed but I just recently noticed the sevarity of it. I was just doing a normal jelq alternating hands after each rep. One possible theory I came up with is that I was doing that stretch where you take one hand and stretch the penis out while taking the thumb from the opposite hand and pushing down on the shaft while moving it up and then back. I’ve been doing that stretch while holding with my right hand and using the thumb on my left hand, and I never alternated hands. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t think the V stretch would do this unless you apply a lot of pressure sidewards rather then down like the V stretch is intended, I stretch to the side but I am very careful to do the same routine to both sides.

How do you hold your hand when jelqing?

Is your grip even? i.e same amount of pressure all around the penis rather than just one side?

do you jelq to the left or right, straight or down?

Maybe if you analyse the answers to these questions you may have found out why yourself, please let us know the answers though so that we all can learn from this, and hopefully help sort out your dilemma.

Well I think it’s a man-made condition rather than a disease because I know for a fact that my penis was not always like this and just started when I started PE. I hold my hand in the “OK” form with my palm facing upward and I jelq straight out. I do apply even pressure and the penis does not make any sort of “bend” at any angle, The penis itself sticks straight out but just twists.

I never got on with the palm upwards ok grip, felt uneven for me, perhaps this is the case however I’m sure a million guys will respond to say that grips is fine, so who knows, does it feel comfortable for you doing this grip? any pain? does your hand twist through the jelq? have you tried twisting against the twist? not saying you should do this but has the thought crossed your mind?

Its obviously noticeable for your girlfriend to see it so I’d suggest going to see a dick doctor.

I don’t twist my hand during jelqing but I recent started jelqing while twisting away from the twist. It’s obviously too early to see if it’s working but I’m hoping it will. Should twisting in the opposite direction straighten it out? I know guys with bends jelq in the opposite direction to straighten it but I’ve never head of twisting the opposite way. Any as for stretches, Should I rotate the penis head in the opposite direction of the twist before I pull it away from my body? Any ideas?

Peyronie’s disease is often a very quick onset and associated with bends as opposed to twists. There’s some information here worth checking out, including guys who have mentioned curing their Peyronie’s but a Google search will bring up more specific sites for a rounded picture.

The guys here with diagnosed Peyronie’s who have PE’d said it has not effected them. Stretching might actually be beneficial in this case.

30 degrees in two months is pretty major. If the twist is as you say in the shaft and not a ligament imbalance, then consulting a doctor is probably the best next step.

The way you are jelqing sounds fine but if I were you I’d give it up until you consult a doctor.

I’m no doctor so cant really say, I do know that jelqs along with any exercise should be done as accurate as possible. Maybe the opposite twist will help? just go through the motion yo normally would to jelq but don’t actually jelq, follow your hand movements, does it twist? I’ll say it again I found the palm up OK grip weird, have you only ever jelqed this way?

Yes, that’s the only way I’ve ever jelqed. Does a twist rather than a bend qualify as Peyronie’s disease?

Not my topic, read up on the net. Good luck and let us know what happens.

I’ve been reading up on it and it talks about a bump or plaque that forms, I don’t have any sort of pain or bumps anywhere along the penis and it is straight as an arrow. I think I’m just gonna jelq away from the twist and also stretch away from it as well and see how it goes.
