Help me with my routine
Hi, I just started PE like 15 days ago.
My starting stats are BPEL 6.5 and girth is around 5.3. Goal is to be around 8 x 6.
I do 5 min hot wrap followed by about 200 jelq’s and then 20-25 stretches for about 30 secs for 10mins. 2 days on and 1 day off.
Am I doing enough stretches? Is there any other kinda streches or other exercises that I can add to my routine that will help me with my length.
