Help me with my routine

Hi, I just started PE like 15 days ago.

My starting stats are BPEL 6.5 and girth is around 5.3. Goal is to be around 8 x 6.

I do 5 min hot wrap followed by about 200 jelq’s and then 20-25 stretches for about 30 secs for 10mins. 2 days on and 1 day off.

Am I doing enough stretches? Is there any other kinda streches or other exercises that I can add to my routine that will help me with my length.


Well your starting around where I did, your routine sounds good, use it for a month or so and then you might want to kick it up a notch.

Read up on LOT, and find out what yours is. Then you may want to use downward stretches to stretch your ligaments for some easy gains.

Your routine sounds pretty good. Maybe, you could kick it up a notch later by going 1 day on, 1 day off. Have you tried the V-stretch or A-stretch?

Have you tried squatting when doing a stretch? You can really feel the pull that way. Good luck with your gains.

I got the following routine from

• For days #1 to #10 - perform up to 40
• For days #11 to #20 - perform up to 80
• For days #21 to #30 - perform up to 120
• For days #31 to #45 - perform up to 185
• For days #46 to #60 - perform up to 250
• For days #61 to #150 - perform up to 300

Also, 20 streches of 10secs. And, 20 kegels by holding it for 5secs.

However, the site advise to perform this routine daily.

I am little confused on rest days. How often should I rest. 5 days on and 2 days off, or is it OK to perform the above routine without rest?
