Help me with my goal and routine please
Okay, so I know you get 100001 threads like this but I have read alot but I just don’t know what is right for me.
Currently I’m 7.5 x 5.
I have been wet jelqing for 3 weeks now 10 mins 2 on 1 off.
I did some pe about 6 month ago but things got in the way.
My realistic goal is 9x6bone press and my long term unrealistic is 9x7 non bone press.
So after my jelqs whats the best for me to do next and in the future?
