Okay, so I know you get 100001 threads like this but I have read alot but I just don’t know what is right for me.

Currently I’m 7.5 x 5.

I have been wet jelqing for 3 weeks now 10 mins 2 on 1 off.

I did some pe about 6 month ago but things got in the way.

My realistic goal is 9x6bone press and my long term unrealistic is 9x7 non bone press.

So after my jelqs whats the best for me to do next and in the future?



Add manual stretching? Doesn’t the newbie routine suggest this?

Yeah.I’m a newbie, so I’m not expert.but I think the newbie “Start here, Read this first, Newbie Routine” section is pretty clear on what your routine should be for the first 3 months

Yeah I intend to follow the noob routine, sorry I should have been more clear.

I was asking what I should move onto when I’m ready and conditioned.



Newbie routine for a couple more months, then you’ll probably want to make sure you reach your length goals and cement them before moving on to girth work.
