Hey, I started with PE:ing for about a week ago but I am pretty okay with my length and girth (6.9x6.1). The thing is that I want my glans to be bigger. So I wonder what kind of exercise I should do to get it bigger? Should I do like clamping or something even thou I’m a beginner at PE?


Start: BPEL 6.9 x 6.1 (17,5 x 15.5 cm) ---

Do some advanced searching here and you will find many threads related to head/glans gains. I’ve been clamping and it’s too early to say right now but while taking a rest day or two my glans is slighly bigger flaccid. Do some research. Oh, and don’t start clamping right away unless you think you’re condiontioned enough for it. I attempted this a year ago doing Horse 440’s and I got a thrombosed vein but then everything cleared up after months of rest and now I can do some pretty extreme shit whitout injury for girth. Condition yourself.

Yeah, do a search. Basing on what I’ve read, I have the suspect the enlarging your glans is very difficult, because it is an extremely elastic and strong bodypart.

Mmm imagine your glans is like a dry sponge when flacid, then when it becomes erect imagine the sponge soaks up all the water. Now,no matter how much water you put onto the sponge, is it likely to expand anymore? Not really.

This isn’t a perfect analogy but I think it gives an idea of why the glans are difficult to increase the size of.

You have good length and exceptional girth, but if you have only been doing PE for a week, it’s still going to be necessary to condition your penis with the newbie routine for a while before getting ‘glans specific’. You may just get a bit of glans girth off jelqing, and you may get a firmer glans from improvements in EQ from jelqing and kegels, but many guys only get good glans expansion when they are very close to orgasm, so don’t worry if you don’t. As for actual enlargement of the glans, some guys do get growth, but a lot don’t. It’s the most difficult part for many.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

So,edging could be good for posible glans enlargements? Masturbate till almost orgasm and keep the tension on while trying not to ejaculate.

I remember when I was like 15-16 years and I was edging(without knowing the actual term) for like 40-60 min, I think , I had bigger glans than now.

I think you may get a ‘firmer’ glans from things that improve EQ, if your EQ has been lower in the past. I don’t think edging would create enough pressure to actually create any true growth/need for adaptaion. Often EQ improves in the first few weeks of PE as long as no over-training happens.

Because many guys have soft glans even with good EQ, edging may keep the glans expanded as it keeps you close to orgasm, but it would still shrink back when no longer close to orgasm.

As others have said, do the newbie for three months.

After that add in some of the sadsak heads mentioned above. Those seemed to work for me.

Congrats on your starting stats! If I was that size, I probably would never have thought about PE.

As others have mentioned, it is best to start out with generic PE.

Then I continue with the newbie routine and after a wile I will add Sadsak Head Exercise.

Hm, does the head get bigger if you circumcise? I guess it’s only because it’s harden when it has no protection around it?? That’s what I heard from a friend anyway.

No, I got circumcised at 19. It made no difference to glans size at all.
