Na I been on an off for 4 years, this 1.3 years is the longest i’ve ever stuck to it, and my ligs were preconditioned by manual lig stretches and I still gained .2 in my first month of hanging, and i’ve gained .2 from manuals.

Na, I expected an gain rate appropriate to the time/energy I put in, but I gained .2 in 1/5 months. No I’ve been loosely PE’ing since I was 15(4 years ago), this 1.3 years is the longest i’ve ever stuck to it and i’ve gained .7” during it. And I gained .2” in the first 1.5/8 months of my current routine, should gain more. Do you have an progress log quim.

Lucky you man, anything you have done either manuals hanging or getting back to manuals seems to work.

Yeah, I just didn’t believe my gain rate was appropriate to the time/energy I put into hanging. But if there is a hanging overtraining I probably did because I hung to pain levels I could describe as feverish/excruciating. I wouldn’t be surprised if id’ve gained more with rest days with the way I hung(like I was working out), but this should help clarify how safe hanging really is. Though I did acquaint my body with hanging quite thoroughly, i’ve concluded that you would have to be mentally retarded or fall down BTC like I did to hurt yourself hanging.

Na, discovered when I was 15(4 years ago), but this past 1.3 years is the longest run i’ve given it and also the only time-frame where in which i’ve (recorded) gains.

And ya, I gained .2” in the first about the first month. Should gain more though.

Yes actually, infact because of my success with manuals(that were benched because of hanging for a decent amount of time) after hanging, i’ll be switching and deconditioning to and from effective tactics to others until my goal is reached. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the big gainers naturally took that thought process. Wanting to be one.

I do and i could lock it and hang all afternoon but I am a very social guy and sweet with my family and I won’t let PE change that. In about 2 years I won’t live with them so I’ll consider that. Soon I’ll get a vachanger and a Bib hanger, I’ll try them out, if I like it perhaps I’ll change my mind and change my priorities…. we will see
