Yeah, I just didn’t believe my gain rate was appropriate to the time/energy I put into hanging. But if there is a hanging overtraining I probably did because I hung to pain levels I could describe as feverish/excruciating. I wouldn’t be surprised if id’ve gained more with rest days with the way I hung(like I was working out), but this should help clarify how safe hanging really is. Though I did acquaint my body with hanging quite thoroughly, i’ve concluded that you would have to be mentally retarded or fall down BTC like I did to hurt yourself hanging.
Na, discovered when I was 15(4 years ago), but this past 1.3 years is the longest run i’ve given it and also the only time-frame where in which i’ve (recorded) gains.
And ya, I gained .2” in the first about the first month. Should gain more though.
