Help I'm decreasing in size instead of gaining

Yup guys it’s me and I’m back again :-) . About my measuring, yup! I’ve been measuring it over and over again coz I want to make sure that I’m not measuring wrong. My present now BPEL:8” and EG:5.6” at erect state and not bone pressed hehehe. My ultimate target before the year end is BPEL:8” and EG:6”. I’ll share to you guys again if I gain size again. Why change what works.

IMO, the newbie routine is a rough outline which can be tailor suited to different individuals.

I have been gaining good girth… but length gains seem very difficult.

I’ve been using the noob routine as an outline, so I do jelqs for twice a day, but combined time never more than 10 minutes.

I think I maybe gripping too hard. How do you guys gauge if your grip is too intense?

When I jelq till mid-shaft I normally feel a slight strain (soreness sometimes) from my penis ballooning. From what I mentioned does anyone feel I am doing it wrong? Should I loosen my grip?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

To my buddies here who replied to this thread, I just want to say thank you for the posting your messages. I really appreciate it so much. Now, to tell you why I’m having my own “way” of doing my PE as what you might be thinking that I’ve overdone it instead of just staying put at the newbie routine guideline is that it don’t matter whether you’re a newbie or what as long as you have the goal to achieve and willing to do everything to gain size increase. Yes, I’m newbie like you buddies but it just happened that I want to gain fast. Maybe I was influenced by somebody who shared me his secret on penis enlargement. Well, according to him, I’m not 100% sure is he’s telling the truth, that he gained 9.5”lenght and 8.5”girth from 7.5”length and 4.5”girth a couple of years ago. He’s just doing jelq alone twice a day for 30minutes and 1 day-off and he gained so much as what I’ve stated for 2 years. Well for me, I think I believe him cause there’s always a possiblity to that and who might not want to be like him too? If you can do it also, why don’t you if you can. Anyway, it will just cost you 1hour of your 24 a day.

To Supahfly, you know what dude, I think you’re doing it the right way since the purpose of jelqing is to increase the size of our penis through engorging blood into the head of our penis and soreness I think is the common sign that you worked out your penis and the more you grip firmly will ensure you held the blood within and don’t loosen it as much as possible especially when you feel that you’re 60-80% erect. I like the feeling of soreness and ballooning after I jelq and sometimes I jelq more. Bruises in your penis is just normal effect of jelqing as long as it’s not a wound. Hot wrap and warm up may help lessen the possibilities of damage to your penis. If you do it for 20-30% a day, then you’ll be expecting much gain in size. Stretching for at least 20-30times of 30second hold before you jelq will help you gain length.

Taking this herbs in combination (Yohimbe Bark/Horny Goatweed/Cayenne Pepper) would give you a great shot. It’s been scientifically proven that “food Supplement” containing this herbs increase the size of our penis. “Men of Iron” by Natureplex is an example and I’m taking this supplement myself and I really find this to be a major reason for my instant gain in penis size. I wish you all goodluck buddies :-) .

Well, I’m not that sure if he’s “really” telling the truth, but the mere fact that exercising the penis excessively might result to an oversize penis so we just don’t know the possibilities. What important is that it’s a given fact that jelqing can really help gain size, so let’s just assume that it might be possible. Anyway, it still depends on you whether you believe it so I just simply make this mere fact an “inspiration” and believing on it encourages me more to have my PE. It’s been a long time since the last time I dropped in. For now, I’m on steady size but I’m expecting an increase within 2-3 more months and I’ll just update you guys whenever I got gains. You are already 8”s long, yikes! I have not met many tall Filipino guys. If you don’t mind me asking, how tall are you? I ask because we have some very tall guys and even after they get a big penis it doesn’t look big on them. Running a Massive Co-Front.

30 mins. Twice a day would make mine fall off. I’m coming to the end of month one and still am lucky if I do a 100 jelgs at about 12 -14 mins total.

I am also quickly coming up to a 1/2 inch gain.

Take one full week off and go back to a much lighter workout.

In weightlifting, if you workout to much you lose gains as the cells can’t catch up with the stresses.
Every bodybuilder knows that to get definition you do lots of reps more often. But you lose a little in size or don’t gain.
And to get size you do more stress with less reps and more rest time.

PEing is similar but not the same as it’s not really muscles your building but similar in cellular breakdown and build up.
The cells have to break down and repair themselves. If you keep stressing them they can’t recover.

And I highly suggest a thorough warm-up and warm-down with stretching.
