Help how to I Jelq

I’ve been trying to get into jelq, however I am having a bit of trouble.

My problem is that I cannot control my erection levels, every thread/newbie guide says that you should jelq with an 30-70% erected dick. I can’t have my dick stay within that zone more than 2mins ><.

Its like after a few strokes, I’m at 100%. I tried thinking of really vomiiting stuff/ugly girls etc etc. No luck!

I’m pretty much the same when I’m in an intercourse, pretty much a minutes man. I get excited pretty easily and have no control over my dick.
I have tried edding/ballooning and Kegels.

Persist and it will get better. The more boring and mudane something is, the less sexually exciting it is.

In the meantime wait for your erection to flag and then continue. 30% is way too low. Around 70% is good.

I’d be interested to know your age and what you’re actually doing as “jelq.”

On my site, I recommend a powerful approach with very little sexual stimulation (quite unlike the “OK” grip and lube). Please give it a look/try and let me know if it helps.

Do a bunch of kegals, usually that will get it to go down. Deep breaths can help too.

Age 23, tried using the OK grip. Jelq with lube for me its very difficult due to a very sensitive head.

The OK grip means contact with the very sensitive frenum area. Try the grip I show on my site. You’ll probably still get a hardon, but without so much sexual stimulation.
