Help from the masters!
So I had this routine of 5 minutes warming then 15 minutes V-stretch and 15 minutes of jelqing. At firstly, it worked great( I had great EQ) and some minor gains 2 days on 1 off. Then I kept doing the routine and then I got bad EQ(same force I believe).
I changed routine to 10 minutes of V-stretching and 200 jelq moves(not much force, believe me). EQ dropped. How is this possible? I did a more intense routine and it worked better.
I want to know that why is this happening, first it works great and then it sucks, forcing me to change things up.
In these past couple of months I’ve been changing routines because of that. I’m resting at the moment, 3rd rest day and no improvement of EQ(getting worried).
I’ve been thinking a newbie routine, but with V-stretches. This time with the 200 jelqs, not 300. When I did 300 it worked well, but I changed to 10 minutes of V-stretching and 200 jelqs wich failed. I wanted lenght.
Or I might try 15 minutes of V-stretch and 15 minutes of jelqing 1 days on 1 off 1 days on 1 off tactic. Anyone tried?
I just lost gains 0.5cm, and I want it back! Respect your penis, don’t rush things. That’s what I’ve learned. I’m like a dead fish.
