So I had this routine of 5 minutes warming then 15 minutes V-stretch and 15 minutes of jelqing. At firstly, it worked great( I had great EQ) and some minor gains 2 days on 1 off. Then I kept doing the routine and then I got bad EQ(same force I believe).
I changed routine to 10 minutes of V-stretching and 200 jelq moves(not much force, believe me). EQ dropped. How is this possible? I did a more intense routine and it worked better.
I want to know that why is this happening, first it works great and then it sucks, forcing me to change things up.

In these past couple of months I’ve been changing routines because of that. I’m resting at the moment, 3rd rest day and no improvement of EQ(getting worried).
I’ve been thinking a newbie routine, but with V-stretches. This time with the 200 jelqs, not 300. When I did 300 it worked well, but I changed to 10 minutes of V-stretching and 200 jelqs wich failed. I wanted lenght.
Or I might try 15 minutes of V-stretch and 15 minutes of jelqing 1 days on 1 off 1 days on 1 off tactic. Anyone tried?

I just lost gains 0.5cm, and I want it back! Respect your penis, don’t rush things. That’s what I’ve learned. I’m like a dead fish.

Any suggest what should I try next? Please help! Love you Thunder’s!

Has anything else changed: stress levels, diet, alcohol intake etc.? It’s odd to have an EQ drop while on a routine that didn’t cause it before.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I agree with firegoat. It’s curious that you lost what you gained but there might be an explanation if you look at your days off as periods of time when the body is going to restore any traumatized structures to their original shape and size as well as strengthen those structures. I know that there is a philosophy out there that says days off are a good thing but in my experience the opposite is true.

When you take into account that the body heals in 4 phases and the last phase is to restore itself. It’s just normal.

Now your EQ is a real question mark and firegoats approach it very well what might be going on.

Is the missing 0.5 cm length or girth?

BTW, my penis varies in size a lot, I suppose the same is true for many other guys, no need to become mad everytime there is slightly different measurement.

it’s lenght, I didn’t measure girth but it also seemed smaller.

Nothing changed. It’s weird I know.

Then it is overwork. V-stretches can be pretty hard on your unit, 15 minutes is a lot of time. Either ease up the force or do them for less time (first option would be the best).

Thank you. I thought that V-stretches are similar to normal stretches, not that much stronger.

Since I’m here, I’ll add another tip: don’t do V-stretches alone, always add another type of stretch (if you like fulcrum stretches, do A-streches using a cylindrical object with a perimeter of about the same your NBPEL). V-stretches alone don’t do much for most of people.

EQ is very important, And it plays a very big role in penis size, Or in fact its the main role :) , If you can check my routine, I stopped for 3 weeks, Just relaxing, When I start again, Trust me 3 days I don’t have any erection at all :) , Its normal, Just Take 2 days rest, Then start again with light routine and go up, So your penis adapt it, Good luck.
