Help For the little guy :

Hey,

Very recently discovered this place, have been struggling quite a lot recently with size issues on top of a whole other range of things going on, and I’m just getting more and more depressed and quite frankly just wanna give up :(

Haven’t seen many guys posting who are around my size ( ill need to get a measurement later, but small. Like 2-2 1/2” flaccid and 3 3/4- 4 Length erect and pretty much no girth). It appears that there are only really “Big boys” playing in this backyard, then again I haven’t looked around everywhere yet.

I was just hoping to find some guys in a similar position as to me, and see what they have/are doing to cope with it? And which techniques for PE will work best for someone of my size. I’m currently 20 years old, still a virgin and have some real confidence issues, pretty overweight ( Maybe at 260lbs atm) but I have heard that losing weight can sometimes make your manhood look bigger? Although I’ve not seen any actually evidence for this (please refer me to some if you have)

As well as this, I’m also being told I might have to be circumcised which I think is just going to make the whole issue worse! (Tight foreskin so it doesn’t go back over the head at all)
I’m going to see my doc ASAP about options .. Including enlargement surgery options because this is just driving me insane.

Sorry for the long message and slightly depressing tone .. Just needed to get it off my chest :) any help/advice/routines which people have found useful from a similar position would be great.

I’all add to this later. But this is a good source of information:

1/17 BPEL 7.75 MSEG ~6.2 BEG 6.75

Size anxiety is the mere response to viewing other males as a threat and the corresponding jealousy it causes. Realize that your feelings are a response to a perceived threat and the anxiety will disappear. My log: Big Booty Extravaganza (and Log)

The thing is, everyone has what’s called a “fat pad” and the average fat pad obscures between .5 to 1” of your penis. My fat pad is 1” and my length would only appear to be 7.75” at best as a result despite a BPEL length of 8.75”.

BPEL” means Bone Pressed Erect Length.
NBPEL” means Non Bone Pressed Erect Length.

Your description seems to suggest you have a NBPEL of 4”. This means if you press the ruler into the pubic bone it should show the true, medically accepted length of your penis. We use BPEL for most measurements because it’s repeatable and stable. So, an accurate BPEL will put your size in perspective.

There are other men here in your boat. It’s a big boat, we are all sailing together. There’s a method for you as well, just keep the faith and read up.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Okay that was very helpful thankyou! I’ll have to measure up later

So, can you ever completely get rid of your fat pad? I recon that would give me and extra inch min if I could get rid of the whole lot.

Hey there! Your phimosis really sounds like a problem that might need to be solved by a circumcision. There also might be the option of stretching the skin but your doctor will know more. I personally would refrain from enlargement surgeries since I haven’t heard much good about them but sure, go ahead and ask a professional about it. Why do you think that a circumcision might make matters worse?

You write that you are overweight, feel small below the belt, have low confidence and that probably makes you feel depressed. Good news is that you are only 20 years old! You only have one life and you have to realize that you can actually shape it at your own will. You can decide that you don’t want to find yourself in your 30s and regret that you wasted your 20s. Imagine your future 25yo version, normal weight and confident. And how proud your future self would be of your current self. You can totally make that happen if you want to.

NO! Best I’ve seen are body builder track stars with like .25” and a poster in this thread, BigBootyFan has .5 and he’s a power lifting martial artist.

Hey Anonymous!

Welcome to Thunders.

Unfortunately, no. You can not get rid of all of your fat pad, but you can reduce it to a bit under 1/2 inch. You can also increase your length. I increased my 4.5” NBPEl by about an inch

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

When we look at the statistics we can see that the smaller starters actually make the most gains, so that should be a consolation. That said, it does seem like we’ve been attracting the well-over-average crowd lately. I wonder why… But it shouldn’t matter, the exercises work on every size and shape as far as I’m aware. It’s a slow process, but I haven’t seen anyone post any hard cap for the time being. You in?

The reason why losing weight helps your unit look good has been mentioned, I’d like to add that when your legs and stomach are smaller, your penis will be larger by comparison. So it looks bigger too. There’s also the possibility that if you lose weight and get fitter, your erections will just be a little bigger to begin with.

^ This one made great, impressive results. Thick bugger! It took him five years, but it’s a hell of a lot safer than surgery.

Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

March 11th '17: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 135 mm MEG (5.32")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I want to address your mindset before discussing your PE.

First - never refer to yourself, or anyone, as “small”. It’s not cool and likely not true.

Second - do not compare yourself with others or averages. We’re all guilty of it, yes, but what purpose can it possibly serve? Make the best with the hand you’re dealt.

Third - focus on function prior to form. The size will come when your penile health improves.

Fourth - and most importantly - do not let it affect your confidence or how you feel about yourself as a person in any way shape or form.

Gains may come with a PE regimen. Some people don’t see them at all. Look at PE as a part of your ongoing self improvement not as a means to an end. Most of all, have fun. It usually feels good.

There are many information that suggests, 30-35lbs of belly fat hides one inch. You are only 20. The thread that Bootyfan provided is a good source, among others. I find solace in this place, and I surmise, so do most people. Take a look at TG’s signature. Imagine in seven years you get that. There is also YGuy, who is quite famous around here for the progress he made. Patience and well-timed aggression(increase in intensity and length of exercise) should be at the back of your mind as you seek gains.

Started 4-27-16: BPEL 6.06; MSEG 4.625; Base EG 4.88; Current: BPEL 6.5; MSEG 4.81; Base EG 5.0; Goal: BPEL at least 7.5; MSEG at least 5.25

* Former martial artist. I can only focus on one at my age. Oh, how I miss my 20’s.

I’m big into powerlifting. That’s true. My fat varies between 0.5-0.75.

Others have mentioned Bennett, his gains were phenomenal. There’s hope, don’t worry.

There’s also skin stretching exercises for that foreskin issue, and doctors can also prescribe steroidal creams (I think fucibet is a cream they also may prescribe) to help increase foreskin length.

You’re over weight, and you’re young. Two factors that help greatly, you’re still growing so increasing length may (big may) come easier to you. You can also lose the weight which will increase your confidence, and your length!

Don’t give up, man. Read around, do your research and start now!

I did 1 jelq, why am I not 12" yet.
