Unfortunately, no. You can not get rid of all of your fat pad, but you can reduce it to a bit under 1/2 inch. You can also increase your length. I increased my 4.5” NBPEL by about an inch

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

The only issue I just found with the stretches is that because my flaccid is so small there isn’t much to grab onto to stretch it?

As long as you can grab your shaft about one inch below the glans, you should have no problem stretching. However, dot pull too hard, just enough to feel a bit of strain.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Thanks :) I’ll try to give it ago and see if it does anything, here’s hoping ! :)

You should be concerned about your weight because it will lead to type 2 diabetes and vascular disease in latter years, which will probably cause ed and loss of libido.

In the meantime I recomend streching.

When we look at the statistics we can see that the smaller starters actually make the most gains, so that should be a consolation. That said, it does seem like we’ve been attracting the well-over-average crowd lately. I wonder why…

Becoming a member of this site has made me question the validity of the accepted averages, the latest size study came back with a measurement of 5.2” yet it seems rare on here guys starting out with less than 6”, something doesn’t add up?

I’m going to go out on a limb with this one. This is speculation. I say this cuz I was one of those 6” or so guys, back when I started out.

I’ve talked to two guys smaller than 5.5” length in depth about this. One is a close friend. They typically are beaten down culturally to accept what it is that they’ve got and are more easily dissuaded from self-improvement. Remember, not even 1 man in 10,000 does PE. I mean if this site’s counter is to be believed, they’ve got around 300k members over 15 years. And they have support in multiple languages across the world. What’s 300k over 15 years compared to 3.5 billion males on Earth?

I know there are PE guys on other forums but I’m pretty sure this is the biggest and that we wouldn’t even get 1 million men actually doing PE properly even if we tabulated everyone everywhere. So…the men that do come here, they’re the men who are insecure and looking for answers. Not insecure looking to come to terms.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Yep. Insecurity is definitely what brought me here. I stay for the brotherhood.

Also, even with 300 k members, probably only 15,000 are actually active practitioners of PE. That’s my opinion, at least.

Why question the validity of one and not the other? People with penis anxiety are people of all sizes. There has to be a huge conspiracy among all academic journals for the statistics to be wrong. I guess we can trust condom companies as to girth, at least, for they are businesses that want to get as much money from the vast majority of the population, which, if you look at them at your favorite store, the condoms mostly sold catered to the known average girth, including the first standard deviation. The magnum condoms are fit for people with girth from 5.1-5.5

One way to ascertain all the claims of people here is to look at their measured beings, which, I admit, I have not done. And, not every member of this site has shown pictures of their being. I also admit that some well known studies are self-reported.

I think a lot of smaller guys don’t admit it on here.
For me, it was very difficult to post about haha, so I’d imagine other people in my position to feel the same. It is very depressing and just distressing having this issue, and reading about everyone on here saying “oh I’m small” and then saying they are like 5-6”s .. That’s not small not in my books haha!

So I just think it’s easier for bigger guys to come out and mention it :) that’s why the averages here might appear to be a little off

Well mate if your looking to improve yourself you have come to the right place. Most of the guys/gals here are very helpful and knowledgeable.Your starting size doesn’t matter as long as your consistent with your exercises you will definitely see results.I noticed in another thread you are looking to loose some weight. This will obviously decrease your fat pad and you will pick up size there also while getting healthier. All the best to you.

I considered my 4.5” nbpel to be on the small size. Now that I have gained an inch in length I consider myself average or slightly above average when looking at my 5.4” BPEL.

I remained a virgin until I was 26 because I perceived my dick to be embarrisingly small. However, after marrying my wife at 28, I kept her more than satisfied for 45 years. I now look back on those celebrate years at the peek of my sexual capability as a real waste of a perfectly functioning dick.

Please don’t follow in my footsteps.

OK, this is the main reason why I stay here. I want to educate other men that size anxiety is unwarranted and unnecessary. I have learned a lot about this and want to spread what I’ve learned.

Good post, man.
