Hello.. I’m 21 years old and have been viewing this site for a few months now looking through some of the forums..

I heard about jelqing and such years ago and tried it a few times but never stuck with it..
I don’t really have a huge goal or anything I really only want to gain 1 inch in length. My member being 6x6. Any additional gains in girth and length won’t be frowned upon I would be happy with 1 inch length gain.

I also checked out my LOT and it’s between 7:30 and 7 so I know most of my gains if not all will be attained through Tunica or how ever you spell it.

The past 2 days I have done this..

Warmed up in the shower for a bit
15 one handed jelqs
One 30 second stretch straight out
15 more jelqs
Another 30 second stretch up
15 more jelqs
30 second stretch down
I would repeat this 2 times
Then warm down

Is this safe or ok? Any tips on what I should be doing also when jelqing with one hand my penis gets red but when I release I can see the blood coming back out of it jelqing with two hands is really awkward maybe I’m gripping it too hard.. I like jelqing with a 30-50% erect penis I can see most blood pumping in then..

Also when is a good time to kegel while jelqing.

You can do your kegels separately to the rest of your routine, or, if you have problems keeping the erection level you want, you can kegel before the start of each jelq stroke to get a bit more blood into your penis. Either is OK.

Being born premature should not affect your PE at all.

Don’t worry too much about LOT. Learn to jelq two handed if you can; it keeps the penis more engorged throughout the session, which is important. Work all the erection levels between about 30% and 70% with jelqing; every erection level seems to have a slightly different effect. Grip strength is something you learn to get just right over time; most people grip too hard.

You will probably want to steadily increase the amount of stretching, but what you are doing is fine to start with. I would do the straight down stretches first and add some side-ways stretches.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I’ve been doing kegels for years.. I can hold it for above a minute. Thanks for the advice.. Also I’m thinking alternating between two days on one off then three on one off. Is a good route to go and the spell check on this site is freak-in awesome.. I’m such a horrible speller

Thanks for the reference I did take a look at that earlier though.. But it’s the thought that counts right :D I didn’t read all the pages though just the first. Ill dig deeper into it later
