Help figuring Out a PI
Hello thunders, doing the JP 90 with slight variation current and have had good positive PI but my last few sessions have been slightly off. I can feel the pressure for sure when jelqing but after jelqing I tend to masturbate a good hour or 2 after workout. I’ve noticed a lack of flaccid hang increase and a red spot now and then. Is this a neutral PI because I’m masturbating? My EQ has been average as well, wondering if maybe masturbation plus PE is a bad combo and hurting my EQ therefore making my sessions worse in quality. Doubt I’m overworking with routine, only doing 200 wet jelqs and basic stretching in the shower with a day 2 day on 1 off schedule.
Any recommendations on what to do or how to keep my positive PIs up would be great. It’s been a bit discouraging.
