Well it seems you have had problems ever since you started PE. particularly with jelqing.
It is possible even probable that you have used far too much pressure/grip on one side than the other. . Perhaps you should lay off PE completely until the swellings have gone. As you are only aggravating them at present. Then when you re-start take it very very lightly
It would seem you are more prone to damage than the average guy. So you have to ease off the normal amount of effort, until you have made your unit stronger. But do it by less aggressive action.
