Help a newbie w understanding difficult exercises
Hey all.. I see a lot of posts about methods beyond mere jelqing that seem responsible for many gains. Things like clamping and edging etc. Not all of these techniques are explained in the glossary. Futhermore it seems like certain tools are needed or effective (clamping devices etc). Can someone clear up for a newbie what exactly I should be doing (the safest exercises)? I want both length and girth but prob want length first.
