If I can be as dedicated at this as gym, then I’ll be perfectly fine.
My partner is possibly being kind to me, but I had one before who faked and as you can imagine, kind of ruined me for a bit.
So I’m going a bit ham early on, no soreness, few bruises here and there but nothing drastic. I am stretching but without weights, just using my hand and arm, with quite a lot of force, maybe 30-40 kilos if I was lifting weight and mild jelqing. I will continue just this for 6 months and if I see no difference, I may look into a bath mate. I’m also planning on losing a couple more stone, down to about 15.5, which could also help I feel.
Also you mention your girth. What was it to what it is now?
