Hello,

New to the PE experience. Have been reading and researching for a period of time now. Very fortunate to have ran accross this forum, lots of great information, and lots to take in. Started a beginner routine last week, got a little carried away, now on a couple of days rest. Will definitely have a new approach when restarting.

I am making a commitment for a larger unit so plan to stick around for a long period of time and see what happens.
