Hi guys, I have been PEing for a month and learned a lot about the manual techniques of PE . My unit reacts well to the exercises; my routine is 4 on 1 off. My dick size is 6”NBP 4.3” EG :( . I’ve used the newbie routine:
*3min warm up with hot water (I put my unit on a glass with hot water, obviously not the balls)
*Permanent heat with a hair-dryer (1800W) during the stretches and the jelquing exercises.
*30 seconds stretches , 6 times in each direction.
*Thinking about having a new warm up of 3 minutes here with hot water
*20 minutes of wet jelq
*Warm up and relax on the shower with hot water
I also tried some JAIs, V and A stretches. My LOT is about 8.0 so I think that I should stretch the tunica (stretch upwards) but when I do this I hardly feel anything. On the other hand when I stretch downwards (the ligs) I feel pressure on what I suppose are the ligaments (the same happens when I stretch to the sides).
I am taking a supplement now called MACA, in 6 months I’ll try L-arginine.
I’m a perseverant bastard that want to reach the 8”NBP 5.1” EG goal.
