I understand the importance of measuring BP, but I had never done it before, until yesterday, Mr. Man. I’m very thin, so I have very little fat pad, but at BP I’m about 6.3 or so in inches (NBP is 6).

Big Girtha- So let me get this straight: I tried dry jelqing, and I like it better, but I don’t know if I’m doing it correctly. I get myself to a 70% erection level or so, then I pull my skin back down towards the base, place my OK grip at the base, and jelq accordingly, sliding my skin up towards the glans, and then back down again, never really releasing the grip. I only use one hand, as the instructions here on Thunder’s suggest (thanks marinera).

Once again (and I sound like a broken record, but I mean this) thank you for everyone’s support, most recently being Zero.

You have to release the hand when you go back down and grip again at the base. Also, my advice, dont grip too hard.

Oh, ICAN; I slightly release my grip as I jelq downwards, and I hold a light kegel as I do this in order to keep some blood engorged. Otherwise, I am doing it correctly, yes? One hand, over-hand Ok grip, and I don’t need to use my OTHER hand to grip the base or anything.right?

Don’t be so hard on yourself. You have an above average dick, I wish I had your girth. Start with PE, stay dedicated and you will surely get to 7 inches NBPEL and 5.5 EG in one year!

You’re doing right, PucK. You don’t have to retain the grip at the base for the whole stroke; skin should slide on the shaft, not bein pulled or stretched, like it happens doing wet-jelqs. So, one hand at the time. If you are good in multitasking, you could even write your signature on some legal document you have to, whilst jelqing (:D ).

You should feel a compressive force squeezing the inside of penis (CC).

Interestingly rice socks, or the microwaveable heat pads with pellets, etc., are all ‘moist heat’ - perhaps not as moist as a wash cloth or hot shower, but moist heat nonetheless. The heat from any of these is basically steam. As opposed to dry heat from an electric, plug-in heat pad.

Moist heat is, theoretically, better in terms of penetrating the tissues, and for the skin surface as well.

Infrared heat lamps are the best in terms of deep tissue penetration. However you don’t want to max out on IR heat, as they say that can be damaging in other ways. No more than 20 minutes a day I read… I forget where. Probably here somewhere.

I like the microwaveable pads, personally. They’re simple and easy and last for 20-30 minutes before they need to be refreshed.

Progress Notes

Just wanted to post my last routine. I’m trying to get better, but the eating has been a bit difficult, and therefore I have not gone back to working out yet. I need to re-fuel my body first, since I really starved myself for the past several months. Losing over 20 lbs of muscle in a year and a half is debilitating, to say the least. I hope I’ll get better..

At any rate, I did my 10 minute warmup (with a hot, moist towel, and in the shower). I did my 20 sec stretches in all directions, and moved to doing 100 dry jelqs. I’ve decided to do dry jelqs since I’m uncut and it’s MUCH easier to do this type of jelq. The only problem I’m facing is that I lose my erection rather quickly, and I need to stop the routine and get myself back up to 50% or higher. It’s very difficult to stimulate yourself when your brain won’t allow you to get aroused since it’s focused on negative thoughts. At any rate, it took a total of about 30 minutes. For this first month, I’m on a one on, two off, and then next month will increase to 25 sec stretches and 150 dry jelqs, on a one on one off, and then I’ll take it from there. No reports of anything negative, other than a very mild, insignificant soreness (akin to masturbating too hard or frequently on a particular day).

Otherwise, I’m trying to hold a positive outlook and hoping that I don’t digress; in fact, I hope that I’ll be able to eat a bit more, and then sleep a bit more, etc. I hope everyone had a great weekend. See you guys around.

That’s what I was thinking. Your girth is pretty much my PE-goal
