Hey everyone! I’ve known about PE ever since i was 15 (now 18), belive it or not i tried it a few times, but never stuck with it…so i’ve been reading for a good 3 years, basically vacccuming up all the information i could and finally decided with going off to university soon i’m going to have 3 years of doing not much at all.
My starting stats are:
BPEL: 6 4/5”
NBPEL: 6” (approx)
Looking to one day attain the massiveley sought after 8x6 BP and then maybe push it to 8x6 NBP and beyond!
I’ve tried hanging briefly, clamping etc…pretty much experimented with everything at some point with the intention to just learn and now i feel i am ready for my full on PE transformation! Pics to come soon!
Current routine is the newbie routine (2 on, 1 off):
5 mins in front of IR lamp
5 mins 30 second manual stretches, mixture of SD, BTC, fulcrum etc (15 seconds in between each stretch, so technically 7 1/2 mins)
5 mins wet jelq
