So I have thought a little about PE over the years but it has never been a priority. I decided though since I am focusing on my weight loss program that is exercise heavy I might as well see if I can get some gains on the lower unit as well. I have a large fat pad which is kind of making measuring hard (no pun intended), but if I remember I was right around 7 or so in length, and right around 5 in girth, still working on getting these measurements nailed down. I have no ED problems but anytime I try to get a ruler near it, it seems to not want stay at full attention.
I am going to try to ease into this, but since I try to maximize my diet and current weight lifting and cardio that will be a challenge.
I have purchased a bathmate x40 and phallosan forte ( I like the idea of trying to get in a stretch while I sleep, but will need to take quite a few trial runs before I try that).
I will say right now reading through everything it is a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to start.
Ideally I would like to get to around 8 or 8.5 length so about 1.5 inch increase in length, and around 6 or 6.5 in girth about the same increase in girth.
Please feel free with any tips, I have all the devices I need for now, but wonder if I should even use them now. It seems like the first inch may be the easiest to gain in length but girth being a different story. I got a long way to go as far as the learning curve and I just want this as a supplement to an overall better physique, I don’t want it to take over my life.
