This is my first post to Thunder’s and I just wanted to put my two cents in.

I’m a middle forties man that was starting to have some ED problems. I had heard about jelqing about 15 months ago but didn’t think with erection problems it was something I could do. Finally in December I broke down and purchased a pump which I figured I could at least get an erection when I was having ED issues and still have sex and attempt to satisfy my wife. Well the pump can and I did some exterminating with it before trying it for sex and to my amazement within 2 uses my EQ was coming back around. This got me curious and I discovered Thunder’s. Needless to say I’ve been following the newbie routine for about 2 months now and the results are wonderful so far. (I’ve put the pump aside for now since I mainly am looking for length gains).

Now for some more specifics on the results. I didn’t take any definite measurements before beginning PE but when I use to measure in my younger years I would always measure around 5” maybe just a hair longer. I never measured for girth but wife told me early in our relationship that I was wide to her. She also told that length didn’t matter that much for her. She would say “It’s not how deep you fish but how you wiggle your worm” a nice way of making me feel better I’m sure. Well last time I measured I was right around the 5.75” length and 5.5 in girth, and despite what the wife had told me in the past she is definitely enjoying the added length because I am going deeper than ever before and while she hasn’t come right out and said anything the way she pulls me closer during sex I can tell she liking it. She told me last week after sex when she got up that “I made her weak in the knees”

I”m continuing we the newbie routine for a while longer to build up more gains and stamina then I think in May I’ll try some hanging. I’ve a couple questions to ask of those more experienced.

1 How often can or should I do Fowler’s? Do I need rest days between these?

2 I do piss pulls even on my none PE days, Is this hurting of helping my progress

1.You can do them as much as you want. Just learn to listen to your body. I take it your talking about fowfers?

2.Surely it is not hurting your progress.

Good first post rda. You can fowfer as much as you like (as long as you are awake; try not to fall asleep doing them). Do restore blood flow once in a while if you are (for example) sat at a computer doing them. If your PI’s or EQ go down, or you get excess soreness, reduce them.

Piss pulls are fine on your non PE days, but remember you are doing piss pulls, not PE! Stretching requires far less recovery than jelqing etc., but you do need some rest time.
