Hello fellow forum members, I just came across this website yesterday. A little overwhelmed with all the threads on here, but it’s easy to find out information.

A little about me.. I am 21 years old and gave always been insecure about my penis size. I’ve never measured it in my life but just eye balling I know when erect it is probably barely reaching 4 inches. Kind of embarrassing to say but yeah. I remember when I was 18 I purchased some supposedly safe male enhancement pills, but after a couple of weeks of taking them I started to have anxiety attacks, I still do to this day, probably because of those damn pills.

After that experience I never bought into all those pills and other schemes out there. I am in a relationship of 2 years now and happily in love. Our sex life is fine but I feel like it could be better. She never has said anything about the size of my penis, and has said she likes it because it doesn’t hurt like guys she has been with in the past. Made me feel a little bit better I suppose.

For me personally though, I would like to gain a couple of inches and girth as well. Just looked at the newbie routine on here before I started this thread. Looks like a solid routine. I just started jelqing two days ago before finding this website. Been doing it once a day: 5 mins warm towel wrap, 6 mins jelqing, 5 mins warm towel wrap.

Don’t want to make any veterans say the same thing as I’m sure you all have said plenty of times, but if you can share any success stories or pointers, especially if you started out as small as I am, that would be awesome. Other than that it would be great to get to know some of you. Sorry for the long post.

Since you didn’t measure yourself yet, I’ll assume you have 4 - 4.5 inches as you guessed (BPEL). It is completely possible to gain a couple of inches, even more if you want to. On the member’s Progress Reports and Pictures there is a very good thread you might want to follow.
Undergrowth - PE journey of a Asian guy He started just like you, and now he is 1 inch longer. But remember that everyone is different, so don’t expect the exact same results, but use it as an inspiration.

You are already on the right track with the newbie routine.

First, I’m really glad that your happy with your life. It’s so important that you’re happy and that the size of your penis isn’t the sole focus of your existence and happiness.
Second, glad you learned early on that the size-enhancement pills are a huge waste of money and won’t give you the monster-dick they promise.

Starting with the newbie routine is the best thing you can do, and this site is replete with success stories and pointers. Keep reading and be patient and enjoy the journey.

The Newbie Routine

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq ( 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Yeah clgp7 I try not to let it affect me or my relationship with my girlfriend. It gets to me sometimes but I eventually move on. I will make sure to keep in touch and stay on top of the newbie routine.

I had a question for the stretching exercises. I tried them for the first time last night and I wanted to know if it’s okay to apply pressure to the head of the penis? In the video for the simple manual stretches the guy is gripping just under the head of the penis it looks like, not sure the correct anatomy term of it, but just wondering because I’ve read when jelqing not to jelq near the tip of the penis.

Do you drive a Mazda? Just curious since your name is Mazda2324. :)

Actually, I’m not a very good exemple to follow yet.

I’ve come here to solve my premature ejaculation problem, but soon I changed my focus to PE. I did the exercises too hard and tore my frenulum while pumping, which made me stop PE for some time, and since then I do PE only once in a while. I still need to follow a routine again.

Even so, I’ve managed to gain some length and girth. And the exercises also helped me with my premature ejaculation as well.

As contasdrugo said, since you haven’t done a proper measurement yourself, it’s just based on assumption for now. Learn how to take proper measurement and the difference between BPEL and NBPEL. Your initial assumption of about 4 inch might actually be 4.5 inch NBPEL and you might find it’s not that small after all! :)

Just some advice from me, who started on a similar (or smaller) size to you, take it easy and be patient. A lot people rushed into it and did too much too soon. They then end up with injuries, or poor PI, EQ suffers, and then just gave up. Remember, PE is a marathon and not a sprint. :)

Wow! I am so disappointed with myself right now! It’s been well over a year from making this thread and starting PE, but unfortunately I stopped shortly after this thread for who knows why. I am still in the same boat as I was when I started this thread. I am going to go to the store tomorrow and buy a ruler so I can get a proper measurement and start from there. I just found my way back to this website yesterday and I am glad I did.

I stumbled across the Linear Newbie Routine and I think I am going to do this for a month and then start doing the Newbie Routine like I originally was going to.

I finally have my own computer so it will be easier for me to come on here more often and hold myself more accountable!
