Hello,just a few questions here.

Hello,just a few questions here.

Hello guys and happy holidays to each and everyone of you.

I registered today at this forum so I guess I’m a total newbie,so please mind the dump questions.I am 21 years old and my penis is 4,3 inch length and 4,5 inch in girth so as you can tell,I am pretty disappointed.Alot of reading on the net indicated this forum so here I am.I got a few questions for you, please be as sincere as possible.
1)Is my penis size that small?I am obese (250 pounds - 5,77 ft tall),does anyone know if weight loss will gain me 1-2 inches?
2)In a 4-5 month time,how much will I gain (I mean,how much is considered average growth)
3)Will these exercises need any kind of equipment, cause I don’t anyone to find out what I’m doing
4)Are the results permanent? (If I completely stop exercising, will my penis return to it’s original size?)

Thanks in advance, and as I said, forgive me for asking such dump questions.

Welcome, RobinHood. You came to the right place.

I’m also a new member and still learning a lot about PEing. The first thing I would recommend is that
you read, read, read, and read some more. There is a lot of information and the guys around here
are real positive in terms of helping out and and answering our questions. To get you going, start off
by reading/studying everthing in the Newbie Forum. Eventually you’ll see that your questions have
previously been answered.

One final note, there is no such thing as a dumb question. Just relax and you’ll learn at TP—-I do.

1) You may well ‘gain’ 1-2 inches by losing weight. That would put your penis in the totally average category.

2) It is impossible to tell you what you will gain. People gain at different rates, and we are not in control of what exercise you do, or how well you do it. Usually people get what we call ‘newbie gains’ that come quite fast; often up to half an inch. But not everyone gets them. PE is a ‘marathon, not a sprint’. Consistency is the most important thing in getting gains.

3) You can do manual PE without equipment, although some means of warming up (like a rice sock) is essential. No one need know what the rice sock is for; it could be for sore muscles etc.

4) If you do PE consistently for more than 6 months, your penis will keep some or most of it’s ‘new’ size, with only very little maintenance needed.

If you do less than 6 months and are not consistent, you will probably lose most of your gains if you stop.

Most questions you will have in your first couple of months are answered here Important Newbie Threads/Info.

This site has been around a while and has over a million posts, so most questions have been answered. If you spend some time learning to really use the search function, it will be a good investment in time. But if you can’t find an answer by searching, please just ask. This is a friendly and helpful site.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

RobinHood welcome to the forum. Best advice…read, read read. Firegoat got you hooked up with the Newbie threads/info link. It’ll give you tons of info. Welcome and good luck.

Hi RobinHood, this stuff works. Just in case you had any doubts. Forget what doctors or anybody else says, if you do this right your penis will get bigger.

Also, just so you know, you’ve probably got a lot of dick and good looks hidden in that weight so that should be something to work on. I’ve never had to lose weight myself, but I think you’re best bet is to combine cardiovascular-based running or biking and strength-based lifting. Everyone knows that running or biking can help you lose weight, but I don’t think many people know that more muscle equals more calories burned.

Muscles take a lot of energy to function, so more muscle mass burns more calories. Your body is actually designed to consume (basically get rid of) muscle mass that it doesn’t use, in order to save energy. It would rather convert the calories to fat. Body fat is better for survival on a scarce supply of food than muscle is, but since I imagine you have a fairly steady source of food, it’s not really important. Humans aren’t built to survive on a steady supply of food, they’re built to survive in the wild like other animals, where they may go days without eating, which is why you body chooses to store calories as fat.

BUT, if you work out consistently you can build muscle, as everyone knows. And with more muscle, less calories get converted to fat and more stored fat gets burned. Sound good? That’s because it is.

Good luck man, with a little work you can change your life. Seriously. Money, cars, houses, none of that shit matters compared to your own body. Only you can make it happen, now do it!
