Hello. JAI question
Hi everyone, this is my first post and I’m so glad that I’ve found this place.. It’s awesome.
In JAI stretch video it has been said to breath out when extending stretch and inhale when releasing it, and in ‘Key Frames’ it’s opposite.. To inhale when stretching and breath out when releasing stretch. Well, I guess it’s both same (correct me if not please). Anyway what’s important about breathing when doing JAI stretches, does it make stretches more effective?
