Hi everyone, this is my first post and I’m so glad that I’ve found this place.. It’s awesome.

In JAI stretch video it has been said to breath out when extending stretch and inhale when releasing it, and in ‘Key Frames’ it’s opposite.. To inhale when stretching and breath out when releasing stretch. Well, I guess it’s both same (correct me if not please). Anyway what’s important about breathing when doing JAI stretches, does it make stretches more effective?


Yes, breathing is very important. If you don’t breath, well, you die. OK, so that was a little obvious. Anyway, as far as exercising, breathing is very important no matter what kind of exercising you do. It enhances the exercise.


Exactly the way you breathe can effect your total health, penis included.

If you’ve ever read up on Pilate’s or yoga you will see how important breathing technique is

In the key frame and video JAI stretch, breathing it’s used only for counting purpose -> one breath = about two seconds. So, two seconds pull / two release.


Well, no one really answered this.

Is it breath in during stretch or breath out during stretch?
Or does it really matter?


I don’t beleive it matters, but it would probably be most “comfortable” (not the best word choice I realize) inhaling during the pull and exhaling during the release.
