I’ve been searching for enhancement exercises for quite some time now and thought it was time to take it serious and actually do it. So I’d like to say hi to the community and trust myself and my little-self as well in all your capable hands. Like I said I’m eager to get some gains and have the ideal of around 8 inches long and 7.5-8 inches thick. As I’m young and a student I don’t really have the resources to buy equipment (say hangers, pumps, etc), and would like to do just manual exercices like stretching and jelquing.

Like I said I’ve done my research and now the basics, but I’m here to expand a bit my knowledge and have my routine questioned and improved. My routine (so far I’ve only done a week of it, and it’s up for changes), consists only of a 5 min warm-up with warm water followed by almost 20 minutes of penile stretches. Said stretches are done in the four cardinal directions and held for 20-30 seconds each, then I repeat them until comfortable with the next one and then do V stretches (as in pulling the penis and placing weight or tension on half of the body again in all cardinal directions, both as a pull directions as well as the direction of the tension).. With that I mean I hold it forward and then put pressure or tension on upwards, left, right and back-wards with the other hand’s tumb, and then I pull it to the right and do the same, then left, etc.

After this I’m planning to add flaccid jelquing and stick with only flaccid since I tried erect jelquing since it can be quite dangerous apparently.. And I actually tried it lightly (for a month or two, but also I didn’t warm up then so.) and saw an slight decrease so I stopped for good. Aside from kegeling through the whole process and at random times during the day, most days, I have nothing to add save for the fact that I’d do this routine twice a week.

So that’s my initial idea. I half-tried it a couple months ago but decided to stop and do properly this time so I’m all open to suggestions.. The only other thing I can add is a mild case of over-masturbation since the age of 10-11 so I not really sensible and do tend to last quite a bit ( I actually cam for fun and have say 3 hours sessions, 2 hours on average), but ever since a month or so ago I’ve been having some actual sexual attention form my gf (it’s funny ‘cause we’re both virgins and we’re dating for the first time with someone hahah it’s a cute story nevertheless) so I’m trying to at least slow it down to once or twice a week masturbation instead of almost every day for possibly a couple times.

Your starting stats are definitely above average. Especially your girth! At 6.3” girth, I’d think you’d have problems getting a blow job without lots of teeth. (I’m 6.1” girth and sometimes it gets pretty toothy) I’d definitely give some serious reconsideration to a 7.5” or 8” girth. That’s probably going to be visually stunning, but practically unusable in the vast majority of sexual situations. 8” length-good plan. Way more than you really need to satisfy a lover, but, again, visually very appealing.

Don’t worry about tools. Just do manuals. Lots of guys meet or exceed their goals using just their hands. Jelqing will be more effective with somewhat of an erection. Lower erection level (say 40% -50%) will target length, and higher level (60%70%) will target girth.

Proceed slowly and carefully. Always warm up and use heat during your workout.

Thank you very much for answering so fast! I’m looking for some last minutes advices so I can try it out today and keep it up next week.
Regarding thickness, it’s not really an issue since she’s really careful with that and I rarely feel her teeth brush me.. (Sadly the second time she tried it out she did say her lips where slightly numb from the unusual stretch and it did last like 30 minutes even after I helped her.. But then again I tend to last)

The reason I want it thicker, it’s mainly for that “filling her up” kind of sensation. I totally understand it, yes. The thing is I do am quite certain, we’ve been friends for 8 years and I’ve liked her all that time.. I told her like 2 years ago and actually asked her out a year ago. You have a 6x6 penis. It’s big. Forget the length. Look at the girth mate. Girth is very big!

No man can tell you what to do, but here is what I would do if I were you.

I wouldn’t PE until I had proper sexual intercourse with my girl. Which means I would first put me penis in her vagina, see how she likes it and then decide if I want more size.

There is a good chance that your girth may be too much for your girl allready.

In short, fuck first, see how she likes it and then decide what you want to do. 6 inches in girth is too fucking big mate. Try it with her first.

First question first: Are you sure you measured that 6.3” girth correctly? I have serious doubts and here’s why: I can’t imagine your girl not getting sore after a while. When she’s not completely wet most girls would’t enjoy taking that for hours. The way you describe it she can take you easily, and you were both virgins at first. That is odd, because that is definitely not what you yourself call “a moderate stretch of the walls”. Your goal, 7” girth would basically rule out oral sex and vaginal penetrations with 99% of women would be near impossible. Call me an unbeliever if you like ;)

If you do cam sessions, you obviously have no reservations about showing of, so you might want to consider making your own progress thread and posting measured pictures there.

There’s a lot of good advice above from older and more experienced guys who are here to help you. Listen to them. You are making a lot of presumptions about what girls like, with zero experience. From what I’ve read I think you can’t imagine how BIG you want to be. Try to take a piece of paper and make square 8x8”. Then connect opposite sides into roll shape with the help of duct tape.
Now you should have rough sample of your “ideal” sized penis.
Now think about it for a second, do you really think it is ok size? Try to put it in your mouth. Does it fit easy and feels good?

Listen, you are just 19, your unit may still grow up by nature. Don’t screw your life just for better look of your unit. Rather smaller but usable penis than monster and awesome, but unusable.
Real life is something different than porn movies, where girls taking those monsters. They train for it and they get money from it, but that doesn’t mean it must feel good.

As other guys above mentioned, they all are right. If you want bigger unit, focus on length. You should do it anyway, before starting with girth.

My personal opinion for girth is 5,5-6,5”. That seems the best girth for me and also the max usable girth. Some girls can take more, but not many of them.
If you have looong penis, you can work with it, but if you have too much girth and you can’t fit in, there is almost nothing to do.
