Hello All

I’m new here - I’ve done a bit of jelqing and that’s worked really great for me - brought my EQ up to pipe busting strength and got my size up from 6.2” to 7.25” BPEL (6.8 NBPEL). I want to try hanging next, I’ve read bib’s awesome history and I’ve just got all the bits to make the Captains wrench! (UK based so it was tricky to get the parts: £1.19 for the Velcro, and £8 for the clamp £1.00 for cohesive bandage for wrapping).

I’m thinking of starting with 1.0lbs on a all day thing (I work at home) to see how I react - is that wise? See how that goes and then ramp it up from there.

Also I’m curious about members who have had real gains from hanging - what kind of gains and how long? (Usual questions I guess)

It is a bad idea to hang non-stop. If you want to hang for long periods, you should stop every 20 to 30 minutes to unwrap and take a break to massage fresh blood into your penis. Failure to take a break would (probably) result in cutting off the circulation for a long time, and that could cause a very nasty injury.

I agree with Ernie I’m kinda used to stretches and jelqs and pumps, but hanging is very stressful for the penis and you gotta increase sets and duration slowly.

You should work up to 20 min sets. Be cautious and start with 2 or 3 10-15 min sets for the first week and see how you feel. I believe I started with 2.5 lbs in the beginning.

Ok thanks for the advice guys.

I wanted to start really low @1.0lbs and long duration - so I could ramp up really slowly, as slow as possible really. I’ll see how the circulation goes and start at 20mins max.

If your going only 1 pound why not just use an ADS? That’s all your really doing at that weight. I agree with what everyone else said its 20 mins max with breaks and heat in between. I just worked up to 10 hours a week over a six week period and I couldn’t imagine going longer than 20 mins a set. With that said I’ve worked up to 12.5 pounds so it’s a huge difference in weight. Also depending on how conditioned you are 1 pound will feel like nothing. I was so conditioned that 2.5 at 20 mins was nothing I had been doing PE for over a year tho.

I couldn’t find the £1.90 version on Amazon but these work very well:

Don’t know if you can post URL’s here’s but amazon uk search for “Black Stick-On Tape 50mm wide” - £1.90, mine will arrive on wednesday so I let you know how that goes!

£1.90 Velcro arrived this morning - not bad - free postage - ordered on Friday arvo!!

I measured it - width is 5cm indeed (roughly 2”) but both strips are only 97cm - cheapskates!! Lol

I will test the glue strength later today - tho I’m not going above 3lbs so it won’t matter to me!
