Joined not long ago, and am just 6 months into PE.
Reasons for;
1 Health for sex into my 100’s if you please.
2 Was smashed in the nuts at age16 in a sporting event and never considered the long term consequences.
3 As a biologist, certain aspects of adaptive process intrigue me
4 Experimentation is primal to me and this just happens to be a new and surprisingly effective journey.
5 Have a new Girlfriend that fucks like a starving dog to food and she loves my cock however is intrigued by what has happened.

Basics.
Over 50, had a heart attack 3 years ago and lost 64 lbs since then. EQ was never bad, but not steel pipe after 45.
Since starting PE and certainly discovering this site, coupled with TRT and hcg.. Things have changed for the better.
Have gained about newbie length and girth.. Started at 6 BPEL and am at 6.80
Girth from 5.5 to almost 6 sometimes more depending on state of excitement.

Routine;
Hanging from early noose at 3lbs to a hanger I made to as far 15lbs in comfort so far.
Cheesy pump experiments until I purchased a proper sized and valved rig that is very comfortable and atms can be observed.
Fashioned a brass ADS 1lbs weight that is comfortable and discreet that I work with.

EQ is the utmost to me and thank you for any input.

Brass weight is basically a glans ring that I machined at .900 to keep it on at flaccid.


Start-2017 BPEL 5.5- EG 5.0

Present- BPEL 7.999 - EG 6.25 BPSL 8.5

Very minimal Jelqing, but I fuck a lot so there are skin irritation issues with Jelqing.

Pump in shower with water.. Not a Bathmate. Pump at low and slow after hanging.

STJ for cock and ball with hot water has increased left testicle size the most. Very good results that my TRT doctor is surprised by.

If EQ is key to you (for whom over 50 it isn’t?) I may suggest starting Kegel training and edging. It changed quite a bit for me in respect of EQ.

The Kegels help me “control” the erection as I can manage the blood pumped fir the erection. My goal is good EQ and staying Viagra-free for the rest of my life - if little Richard grows as side effect, well the he does, I am not complaining. But better EQ is the main goal.

Edging is something I do at the end of my routine as pleasurable but non-orgasmic training block. I still have a warm-down afterwards and remain then with a usual nicely plump and well filled flaccid. Edging helps me to control my orgasm - although I am not that fast to finish, but it’s just nice to be able to go slow or fast AND steady.

Maybe this gives you ideas

From another guy over 50, EQ is and always has been my number one priority. Dry jelqing, edging and kegels are what I do to maintain it, just like you.

Right now, I’m pretty much satisfied with my size but I wouldn’t mind another half inch or so in non bone pressed length. Currently I’m working on a length routine and trying to lose some weight to get me there.

But if I don’t gain anything more, I’m ok with it. As long as I can maintain my EQ.

Like you I’d like to be Viagara free for life. That’s my primary goal.

Hanging with a vac generally around 10 then to 5 pounds for 3 hours, ADS 2 pounds using a simple silicon sleeve, cable clamp and ball weights from amazon. They are magnetic and I can easily remove the to take a piss at work.

Progress has me at BPSL at 8 inches, Erect girth has gone up to 6 without thinking. Erect length has not caught up, 7.250, I wonder if this is common?

Have machined an extender from a contoured cock ring and all thread without springs using my vac attachment, and can get 8.250 BPSL at times. When does the BPSL correspond to erect length?
