Hello all

I’m from South Africa and new to this forum as well as being new to PE, even though I’ve read up about it on the web (first thought its a crock of BS). First PE site I came across was PeGym and I stalked the forums a bit and even downloaded the “JP90 beginners routine”, but never tried it. Anyway, after discovering Thunders Place and seeing the results a lot of these guys were having, I decided to finally start PE last week.

So, I’m 22 years old, work out 6 days a week and follow a very specific diet. I’m in pretty good shape, its winter here now, so I’m not “ripped” really, but I’m at about 13-14% BF (estimate) so I don’t really have much of a “fat pad”. I used to compete in a bit of bodybuilding, so I know a bit about diet and training. Also, my girlfriend that I’ve been with for about 4 months made me quit smoking, so I think I’m relatively healthy. I also don’t really drink. I’ll have a few beers on the occasional night out, but nothing in the week, except for the occasional glass of red wine.

That’s just a quick intro into me. Here’s why I decided to get into PE. With all the Penis Size Surveys and Polls going around (if they’re accurate), I know I’m on the upper side of average. I’m 16,5cm NBPEL (6,4In) and between 9,5cm and 10cm NBPFL (3,5In). EG is a solid 5In. My ex girlfriend used to think I’m pretty big for some reason, although I’ve always had that desire to be bigger as I guess all of us have lol! My current girlfriend however, has told me what I already know to be true, I’m an acceptable size, and I can make her cum, but she’s “seen bigger”. So since I don’t have a 3 Inch erect dick (no offence to guys who do), I don’t think that means I can’t do PE to get results just because I’m not exactly “small”. My goal is the elusive “8x6”, simply because I know that it would be more pleasing for my girlfriend and partners in the future. For now my Short term goals are 18,5cm (7in) NBPEL and 14cm (5,5 in) EG. I’m currently doing the newbie routine with a bit longer warmup for 2days on 1day off.

Welcome to the forum. I am pleased to know I am not the only one from South Africa. PE works, I am living proof of that. Goodluck with your goals, you will reach them with consistancy.

I also thought I’d probably be the only guy here from SA. Those are some impressive stats you got there. I’m hoping to get somewhere near that, but only time will tell. I’m not in a hurry though. Did you also start with the Newbie routine on this site? Just interested and would like to know how effective it is. Thanks for the reply!

Short Term Goal: 18.5cm (7in) NBPEL; 14cm (5.5in) EG.

Long Term Goal: 8x6!

The newbie routine is effective, but go slow when you start off. Check the threads I started before, If i remember well i gained 0.07” length and 0.36” from the “classic newbie routine”

Thanks Kabous. I’m also from Cape Town. I’m hoping to make good progress with the info on this forum. I’ll post updates on progress after a month or so. How long have you been doing PE, and what kind of results have you experienced if I may ask?

I started off at 6x4 and I am now 7.3 x 5.9. I believe my best gains were from clamping and wearing an all day cockring( ADC).
