Hello from a Newbie
Newbie here and looking forward to growing with you all in the future.
I’ve started off yesterday, but I realize I need to stretch as well as jelq, nor was I warming-up/down. I’ll be honest, the warming up will be awkward in my full household.. So I’ll leave it until later at night when I can sneak a rice-sock into the microwave!
I’m starting off around average, at *around* (give or take 1/8inch depending how you measure) 7 inches long, and I believe over 5 in girth. Hoping to hit 8x6ish - I’m more seeking length though for now. For length, I’m assuming stretches are better? How many reps do you recommend.
