First of all hello to this huge community, last time I was around, was like 4-5 years ago, was a kid back them but PE gave me the confident I needed during high school. The time passed away and I forgot completely about PE and instead I focused on the orgasm’s technique.

Ty, what exercises would you recommend me?

First and most important exercise I will recommend is called the WARM UP!! lol after you get that down it’s the basics, jelqing, stretching, kegeling, and the warm down. Gunna give you a link to your free success package.

Are you saying that I should use the most basics exercises ?

I just wish to use the correct technique for each exercise

Yeah I was suggesting you start again with the newbie routine. Regardless of past experience you have been out of pe for a while ( I assume) and you need to re-condition your dick before you think about the tougher exercises.
