Hello few questions about technique for those who feel like helping today
First of all hello to this huge community, last time I was around, was like 4-5 years ago, was a kid back them but PE gave me the confident I needed during high school. The time passed away and I forgot completely about PE and instead I focused on the orgasm’s technique.
Weeks ago I accomplished my goal, of reaching the point where I could have few strong orgasms without shooting any semen. I feel kinda proud of what I have achieved since I’m pretty young.
Right now I have a 7in BP length and 6in girth 110% erection(hard as steel). I would like to Hear some words from the experienced guys ;) . I want some advice with stretching, jelqing and kegels exercise.
Since I just saw some members claiming to have nerve and gland problems which causes erection problems and since I’m a combination of a strong guy with a heavy hand with a painless body, simple maths tell me ill hurt myself as I did with my knees at the gym and other parts of my body. I’m thinking of doing PE for long term gains, simple exercise with perfect technique is what I want. This is what I want experienced guys helps so I can listen to your exercise tips :) although any comment is appreciated..
