Hello Everyone

Hello Everyone

I would like to introduce myself. I am currently engaged in a PE routine that just consists of using a traction device. I think I am going to be going forward and gaining some length because I am already at 100% usage of all the rods that came with the initial set. I just ordered the upgrade kit which includes another 12” or rods. So by the time I use all the rods of both sets theoretically my flaccid stretch under traction will be 21”. My Stretch is at 9” flaccid right now. I loose 3” because of the head grip method I am using. I can wear the device for up to 6-8 hours a day. My starting size is around 7.25 X 5.5 erect. My goal is 9X6. I think that is modest. But I might not be. I can wear this for as long as I want really and really can put the hours in every day due to my work schedule and being able to work from home. What do you guys think a realistic expectation would be in 6 months and then a year with these numbers? I really like the traction method and prefer just to do this without manual exercises due to hand and wrist problems. I also could use a pump as well. Thank you for allowing me to join, hope to meet many great people in the time to come and learn about everyone and the PE world.

Thanks

Sense.

21 inches ???

You should be making porn.

No, I’m stretching right now at 9” flaccid. My flaccid length is like 5”. Erect I’m at 7.25X5.5

When I use the rest of these rods I should be stretching at 21” flaccid stretch.

I’m wondering what you guys think that translates into real length flaccid or erect

Based on my current size.

No way you’re hitting 21”, or you’ll be left with a noodle lol. :)

I’d highly recommend doing at least jelqs along with the extender - see the Newbie routine.

No, I’m no where near 21” stretched. I read much about these traction devices and you do gain girth as well so you do not have to worry about the noodle penis look. Does any one here use a traction device? I cannot do jelqs for personal reasons. I might be able to do them in the future. But I can use a pump for girth if this would help.

I doubt you can gain significative girth with a traction device -commonly called extenders. I don’t know which brand you have, never heard of an extender allowing 21” length. Anyway I think a realistic gain in 6 months could be anywhere in the 0.5-1” range.

Maybe a picture would give you a better idea of what I am talking about. If I am currently able to stretch my flaccid from 5” no stretched to 9” stretched. I should be able to continue to add extension rods and get a longer stretch under tension. What do you think?

No way you’re hitting 21”, or there would be members here with 21” and bigger units.

Don’t know why you can’t do jelqs too, but they are probably the best exercise for PE, take little time to do and don’t require any equipment. They also typically help erection quality. Recommend you do jelqs. :)

Ok maybe I am getting ahead of myself, forget about what I said about the 21” stretch. But just because I’m stretching at 9” does not mean I am 9” non stretched. Just take you penis and stretch it as far as you can, measure, then let it go and measure. Big difference!!

Do you guys think I could get to my desired goal of 9X6? I have read lots about the traction techniques all over the Internet, used my Indians to stretch the penis and traction method is used for other types of body lengthening as well. I don’t see how with a little bit of determination and hard work and putting the hours in with the device I could not get to that goal.

I cannot jelq because I have wrist tendinitis, but that is a whole separate issue.

Although new to the forum, but I’m not new to PE.

Hey thanks Marinera, I will look forward to those goals!

Like Marinera said, 0.5-1” is a good goal for a six month period.

7.25” starting size, nice :D , is that bone pressed?

As for 9x6, 1.75” length and 0.5” girth gains will be your long term goal I’m assuming. Girth gains can be difficult to obtain but given your putting enough time in that goal should be obtainable. I hate it when I can’t find an old post that I’d like to quote, but anyways someone once said that it is better to do micro goals like aiming for 0.2” length gains over say a month. It keeps you motivated and on track when that 9x6 looks so very far away.

Anyways, welcome to Thundersplace and all it has to offer, good luck on your gains :D

So you think that length is easier to gain than girth? I thought it would be the other way around.

From reading a lot of members progress diaries, it seems length is definitely the easiest to gain. I don’t know if that is primarily from people usually doing length oriented exercises first or not though. In my own experience of doing stretches, wet jelqs, and wearing an ads, I’ve gained about a quarter inch in length and just under that much in girth as well. So they are both coming at about an equal speed as of now.

Length is definitely easier to grow vs girth in the majority of cases.

The newbie routine works on both but I bet you see length increases before girth.

There are girth specific routines like pumping and clamping, but its recommended that you save those for a few months down the road at least.

It would also be good to read up on the subjects extensively before attempting them, knowledge is power :D

Given your starting size, 9x6 is very realistic. We always suggest starting out with the newbie routine for a number of reasons. But since you are already using an extender with gains and no injuries? Stick with it!

One of the top three :smack: you will read n00bs asking is, “I have gained 1/4” per month for the three months I have been doing the newbie routine and am now ready to start with the more advanced exercises. What do you guys recommend?”

So if you were brand new we would try and talk you into starting out with hands on PE. But having found something that works for you, with gains and no injuries? Don’t change a thing!
