Lol yeah, I know, smoking is a really bad habit and detrimental to PE success. However, I have tried to quit cold turkey before and it has never worked. Trying to quit cold turkey again is like embarking on a path of insanity.
What I am doing is what my friend’s uncle did: Have 20 cigarettes one day and each day, decrease that number by one. So for example, if I start tomorrow on Monday, I will have 20 cigarettes, I will have 19 cigarettes on Tuesday, 18 cigarettes on Wednesday, and so on and so forth.
I already have done the math for the number of cigarettes smoked in 20 days and it is 210!

PI for today and last night: strong night and morning wood. I feel as if I am longer already :) I am not measuring until at least 2 - 3 weeks, possibly 4.
EDIT: I am not doing manual stretches until day number 14. I am also trying to do warm ups by dunking my member in a warm cup of water. I then jelq with 3 - 5 second strokes with grapeseed oil as a lube for about 10 - 15 minutes . After jelq session, I take a really warm shower. After the shower, I do kegels while urinating so I can really focus the right muscles instead of flexing my butt, lower stomach, etc. Also, I am increasing exercise whether its playing basketball or jogging. I am also increasing my water intake to approx. 100 FL oz a day.
